I am very much looking forward to next week...BW hasn't crushed my hopes in awhile...I kind of miss that warm fuzzy feeling!

You prepared for something on par with Redemption #4?

I hope it's not as bad as that!

For me, Redemption Number Four was exactly what I was expecting.

Although, I was pleased with issues one and two.

Nothing can be that bad. The difference is that we knew we were getting Liara content in Redemption 4, we were just horribly disappointed with it.  I think our hopes were stronger and, thus, the disappointment was greater.

It would be nice if they hint at some Liara DLC at E3, but if not, there's still a chance we will get something later.

Why do I have the feeling I'm going to love Redemption #4? Come on, postal service!

I hope we do start to hear something about DLC soon, even if I never play it.

I think E3 would be a good place to showcase some of their planned 'story bridging DLC'.  Not a full trailer or anything, just to talk about it in an interview...that's all I want!  They are wrapping up and releasing Overlord next week, so hopefully they will be free to move on to this rumored DLC.

I admit I was guilty of getting my hopes up way too high. We wanted some kind of explanation, some kind of clarification and we got nothing. It was awful.

I think that was the problem...we talked about it for months.  We discussed how we thought the final comic would and should play out.  It didn't live up to our humongous expectations so we were disappointed.  I look at it differently now...it is what it is and it's not that bad for a short comic series.

Yes, they might not get specific though.  They might just rehash what they've already said before....'We are planning DLC to bridge the ME2/ME3 story, blah blah blah'.

I suppose it's okay for a standalone comic. To explain and elaborate on Liara's character, however? It's poor.

Yeah, it is what it is.  It wasn't meant to be some grand elaboration on Liara or the plot.  It was a little project they tried in order to give a peak into the time that bridges ME1 and ME2.

Oh, btw...you should read this Liara fan fic if you haven't.  One of my faves...it deals with Shepard comforting Liara after Benezia's death.  I know we talked about this recently!

Exactly what I was thinking. Given all of the unanswered questions left at the end of ME2 I'm just wondering what order they'll proceed with and how often they'll release DLC. If they do one per month it wouldn't matter to me where the Liara DLC was as long as it was forthcoming at some point.
