There was a cut letter from Leliana that explains why she could't come to the keep and it was so touching, still would havel oved to see her. My warden missed her.

Hmm, I don't recall that. In fact I remember them specifically saying that Zevran and Leliana would not make an appearance. They only confirmed Loghain and Wynne
