I've been thinking about something. Liara is extremely introverted. And yet she manages to deal with people well enough to become a highly successful information broker. That can't have been easy, and it shows a high degree of adaptability and determination on her part. I keep finding new things to like about her.

She's very introverted and reserved, yeah. I think that may have been a side-effect of her social inexperience through spending 50 years of her life studying the Protheans on remote archaeological digs, rather than traits that are inherent to her personality. Once she started dealing with other people to a greater degree, her assertiveness and capability with social interactions were allowed to shine.
That's how I see it, anyway. Either way, she's very strong and is able to adapt herself.

Introverted as she was in ME1, the events between the two games have broken her out of her shell, at the very least. Everyone has a period where they have the opportunity go go through that.
She's definitely more of an extrovert now. Here new career requires it of her. Hopefully the cause will only be short-term, however.
