and I was like O she is perfect!!!. and I kept running back to her room for more. She just continued to get better and I've not seen any other character that even comes close. Consequently I'm a little 'annoyed' with what BW did to her character. It was just lame and could have so easily been avoided.Like they had some plan from the start to destroy the best part of their game and replace it with BS. So I am a disenfranchised Liara supporter and cynical about BW

That definitely should've been implemented in that reuniting scene, at least if your character was an ME1 import that ended the game in a romance with Liara.

I'm not sure what direction BW wants to go but I do suspect they got gun- shy after the Fox news thing (even though it boosted sales ) so instead of exploring a more mature type relationship in their game they went in the opposite direction clearly indicating that BW does not have a quad.
I thought what they did with ME1 was cutting edge and something to be very proud of. Anticipated ME2 for 2 years. Talked it up with everyone I know only to find that BW put it's tale between it's legs and sold out. Not that ME2 isn't a good game but it could have been a great game.

I'll be perfectly honest, when I heard pre-release how people were drawing attention to the tears effect on NPC, and crying in general, I made the assumption and expected to see Liara weep at some point. I was wrong, and disappointed!

I love how Liara braves the destruction of the Normandy, putting herself at risk and her life on the line to get to Shepard. It's sweet.
