I think staying faithful to Liara should mean she stays in your quarters on the Normandy and everytime you enter you get to greet her with a kiss and embrace in addition to revisiting a love scene similar to ME1 a few times during the game plus the happy ending,

Sure, why not!
The 'Liara in your room' is a good idea, though. If you had another LI in ME2, I think Liara (and Ash/Kaidan) will put your relationship on hold until you work out you you want the most. If you don't have another LI, this obviously isn't a problem, and you are free to continue the relationship with Liara, and she can come hang out with you in the room.

People have actually speculated that they will implement the "LI residing in Shepard's quarters" idea in ME3. It lists potential squadmates when you select Shepard's Cabin via the elevator. I'd love it if Liara stayed in Shepard's cabin, and that they could talk, cuddle, embrace and kiss whenever they wanted. Another potential reward for staying faithful!
