Obviously, and probably conveniently, the DA main character can't play a part in that. If that's a good or a bad sign as far as a possible Liara DLC is concerned, is up to you.

Ahh, that's interesting. That might be how they'll do the "In-between ME2 and ME3" without an expansion. Show Liara putting on some Redemption Armor, and killing the Shadow Broker herself.

I wouldn't mind playing as Liara, but I doubt they'd do that for a game like ME that is so 'Shepard-centric'. Liara's also a heavy biotic user, and I know most people prefer more combat heavy classes like Soldier and Infiltrator, so I don't think they'll force the player to go full biotics.

I'd like a spinoff game in which Liara is the lead protagonist, though. I've said it before, but a Tomb Raider-esque game in which you play as Liara exploring Prothean ruins would be awesome. There would be a heavy focus on exploration and puzzle solving, and you'd use her biotics in combat against pirates and slavers. I'd love that!

It could also tie into the main plot of the ME trilogy, in a way. Liara could unknowingly discover something about the Reapers or their genocide of the Protheans. Liara would not be aware of the significance of her findings, as it would be set prior to the events of ME1, but the audience would be.

I can imagine it, like on all these beautiful lush planets exploring prothean ruins. Stumbling across a bunch of nooby mercs who have come to find the same artifact she's after. Tank top and hot pants? Maybe, maybe not, climbing would be good though

True, she is wearing it on Therum after all so it's got to be quite suitable for stuffz like that, it could end with her being on Therum, she hears the geth coming, she turns her head and the camera pans over to the bubble machine thingy
