Of course, Barq! We already know just how much of an assertive and independant character Liara is. She is very much in control of her relationship with Shepard. She'll only meld with Shepard on her own terms, she was the one who initially expressed attraction. Liara is the one who wants to take it slowly. I love that, she's very assertive.

What I'm suggesting though is that Shepard would suggest these alignment shifts to her, and it would be at Liara's own discretion whether she adheres to them and believes what Shepard says. She's not being weak or subservient at all. She's still making decisions about herself on her own terms.

Assuming we only get one love sceane even being loyal would you prefer that sceane after you confort Liara and she joins you again or before the final batle. The two times would be great thought.

Something like that included in the epic Shepard/Liara romance reconciliation scene would be excellent, I think. It would be so emotionally resonant, and deep and moving. I'd also like the usual scene prior to the climatic battle, too.

Yeah the first love scene should be emotional and full of angsty, passionate, lovemaking.
If they go with a second one before the battle, I'd actually like some comedy thrown in.  It's not the first time they are about to encounter a brush with death.  I can see Shepard and Liara trying to lighten the mood. :wub:

Agreed with your ideas regarding the love scenes, ryn! The intial reconciliation scene should be so raw and full of emotion. They've both been waiting for this for two long years, and have been desperate to show their love for each other. I'd love that!

But if they want do something diferent before the final batle they could do a sceane where Shepard is alone is his quarters thinking that the ods are all against them and then then Liara comes in and like in the locker sceane she tries to reasure Shepard that everything will be fine and then the two of them just lay on the bed holding eachother until Joker usual interruption. The love sceane would be after the batle while everyone else is celebrating the victory Shepard and Liara sneak to a very private and special celebration.

That's a good idea.  A nice simple romantic scene.

I like that idea, Wolf. Something that's different from the tired old "lovemaking before the climatic final battle" scene would be nice.
