As a sidenote - in addition to the desert archaelogist pic I talked about before....
Liara Croft.
I'm drawing it.
Oh, in what kind of pose will you draw Liara Croft?

I'm thinking climbing up a vine in a tropical forest location, looking down at something she's shooting at.
I'll try to make the design work within the ME universe, while keeping the costume as close to Lara's as possible.
For example - she'll have two guns - but they'll be ME Heavy Pistols.
She'll have the iconic tanktop - but it'll be green and white.

Ah, great idea. Have it retain what has become Liara's signature colours. Nice one, MDK.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this picture!

Hm.....I may do the design tonight - before I do the final pose. It's always easier to design in neutral poses.
I take it I can count on help and ideas from you guys?

I think that will work and the drawing should be easily recognized as a cross-over between both worlds...no long ponytail, though

Of course! I will definitely contribute some ideas.
How about instead of Liara shooting a tiger, she's shooting a varren? Ooooh, and don't forget the shades!!

Hehe, I think I may have a quick play on one of the TR games tonight - to get the feel of it.
I love the idea of Liara applying her more assertive nature from ME2 to her proffession from ME1.

Destroy. No question.
Liara supporting keeping a base that has resulting in the brutal and painful murder of thousands of people, and handing it over to a group of human supremacists? Way OOC.

To be honest I could see quite in-character advice for both options coming from her.
Her compassionate nature would say destroy the base because of the horrors that went into making the human-reaper.
But at the same time, her time as an information broker (if we're assuming this version of Liara still went through that) would have taught her the value of having assets, and she'd recognise the advantage of keeping it.
I'd like to think she'd advocate destroying it, but as I said - I would still find the later believable, if a bit off-putting. Then again, I guess with good writing, anything can be made believable.
BTW this is coming from a guy who destroys the base 100% of the time.

Any "advantage" to keeping the base is offset by the fact that you're handing it over to TIM and Cerberus. TBH, I can't see any way Liara would rationalise keeping the base to be a good idea.
Yeah, that'd be the deciding factor - who it's handed to afterwards.
As I said - I could see her relatively in-character saying it should be kept, but not if that meant handing it to Cerberus, no way.

That's the reason why I always destroy the base. I don't see base as evil the base is a intrument so can be either used for good or for evil in cerebeus hands the evil option is the most likely to happen.

Yep. Especially as The Illusive Space-Adolf Man says he wants to use it to advance humanity to it's "rightful place in the galaxy".
Liara would never support something like that.

I can almost picture the scene...
Liara: "It is regrettable that we cannot study the base further, but allowing Cerberus to control such power would only bring more harm than good."

And about keep Legion and rewritng the heretics? I guess that Liara would not be very confortable in rewriting the heretics.
I can imagine the sorta thing she'd say about that too...
Liara: "Destroy them, or make them all the same; either way, something unique would be lost."

Ah, that's a good quote...could definitely see her saying something like that.
I think that would be a hard descision for Liara to make.
