If we do get Liara-dlc (my hope for that dwindles every month). Which takes all the elements (and I mean ALL of it) of redemption and put them to use, then I will forgive Bioware for some of their sins. THey will still be bashed for the terrible Liara-cameo in vanilla ME2.

Not having Liara DLC is pretty much something I've already accepted. I'm not going to Bioware's home page every day with the hopes of seeing it on their new announcements list. I'm no longer expecting to get it. I still hope, yes, but I'm not expecting.

I have faint hope that a ME2 expansion sometime. But It seems more and more realistic that We'll  have to wait for ME3. And even then, the chances for Liara to return in a decent role (and bu decent I mean squadmate) are at best 50%.

Well, we have seen what the quarians call 'males', so she isn't one of them.  They could label their genders differently from us,though.
