The main reason the reaction from Ash and Kaidan is not realistic is this: They just saw what the collectors did. And they saw Shepard once again saving the day, doing what no other could do. Plus, they saw the reapers, and they know their own council and alliance still denies it. All certainly reason enough to listen to Shepard. That Shepard doesn't talk to them properly, is of course the second problem, as I said.
Ash and Kaidan are pro-aliance, they are not going to drop there stuff to work for Shepard, a person that they don't even know if it's the real Shepard. The only person who made sure it was the real Shepard was C-Sec and Aria for crying outloud. In fact if they would have been like "ok Shepard I will join you! That would have been way too OOC. Plus how do you know the Alliance and the Council refuse to aknlodge the Reapers? How do you know they did not lie to Shepard and are in fact doing investagations. If I was the council I sure as hell would't tell Shepard what the hell is going on and Anderson was VERY distant.

And that comic strip is awesome. I want to print a thousand copies of it, and air drop them over Chud's house.
You become a goddamm hero if you did that!

But they think Cerberus may be behind the attacks, and Shepard is a pawn in their sick and twisted game.

I think the new Normandy is big enough to hold everyone from ME1 and ME2. Liara can stay in the captain's quarters if there's no room, of course...LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...

We've also gotta do soemthing about the Cerberus logos all over everything. Somone needs to start removing those.

I don't see why people don't find that relistic, I sure as do. It's been two years. This is not like Shepard came back two weeks later or something. He came back two years after he was listed KIA. The only person who knew what the hell was going on was Liara and I bet you anything she probaly asked Miri to give her status reports and such.

Kelly! I hope I don't have to romance her in order to get her to remove the Cerberus logos. :-)
I absolutely love the idea of Shepard's LI staying in the cabin, obviously Liara in our case. Imagine having her greeting us from returning after every difficult mission? Being able to engage in deep and emotional conversation with her whenever we please? I'd love that!

Well when you beat the game, you can see characters working on the Normandy and Miri most likely took down all the Cerberus bugs and such.

True. Ash/Kaidan probably threw themselves into Alliance work after Shepard died, because they wanted to do right by Shepard, and everyone else. A bit of a shock to see a ghost for the first time in two years, and find out they're working with the same people who killed Kahoku and tried to make docile Thorian creepers.kraidy1117 wrote...

And Liara was probably threatened against mentioning Shepard's revival to anyone.

We're still alive and kicking, Lizard.
Good.
Also to the whole Vimire survivors reaction to Shepard:
You also have to remember that for all Ash/Kaidan and Anderson knew. Shepard might have actuelly somehow in secrecy joined up with Cerberus during the events of ME1, then use the attack on the Normandy to fake his own death. Also didn't TIM also release rumors that Shepard was alive and working for them. I bet that once the Lazarus project was looking to be a succses, he started releasing false intel that suggested that Shepard had something to do with the missing colonies.

Don't think Liara was threaten, but miri could have easly said if you don't tell anyone we will give you status updates and stuff. Miri is not the person to threat you outright, she uses information and in some cases her looks, unless TIM contacted Liara <_<

Very true. I'd read these theories before, and I have to say that they're extremely plausible.
TIM wants Shepard to be as cut off and isolated from her former friends as much as possible. Hence the reason as to why he leaked that info to the Council and the Alliance. Ashley and Kaidan then begin to question Shepard or perhaps resent her a little? Job done, as far as TIM is concerned.
Also consider the fact that TIM outright deceives you at the start of ME2 about Liara. Trying to sow mistrust for her. He's a manipulative man.
