What about alignment affecting Liara's appearance? Paragon Liara goes back to wearing her old labcoat. Renegade Liara wears Benezia's headdress and cleavage revealing dress.

I support this...
Nah. I'm just kidding, Or am I?

The other problem is: who would you close off to which alignments? Paragon Shep goes with everybody since our more Renegade options (Ash, Miranda, Jack) can become more Paragon. The only one who can become more Renegade is Kaidan.
Im sure the characters itself would have turned out different if they would have decided to go for different Li options for Par and Rene.

Damn... that brings back memories. I remember photographing the OXM screenshot and sending it to you and Pups. I also remember getting more than a little misty-eyed when I opened up the magazine, and saw her for the first time. It was such a terrible mixture of emotions. On one hand, I had waited two years to see a new picture of Liara. On the other hand, right next to the picture was the news I had been dreading for an equally long time.jlb524 wrote...
This screen shot
Looks like the same one they used in that OXM article way back in January.
You know, the one in which it was finally revealed that no ME1 LIs would be recruitable in ME2 b/c they are so important.

People were wondering who was talking to her in that screen shot too and we had elaborate theories on that....turns out, it was just boring old Shepard.

I'm probably one of the few guys who prefers Liara's cleavage just the way it is.LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...

Awesome motivational! Thanks!
ratz, I love Liara's cleavage as it is too! She doesn't need to reveal it for it to be beautiful.

"During my chat with Casey Hudson, he spoke a lot about the love subplot that played out in Mass Effect 1 and will continue in the sequel. "People are worried that the love interest from the first game is not recruitable as a squad member in the second game. I think people put too much emphasis on whether importance to the story is equated to whether they are a squad member"
"Because we wanted to make sure the love interest can remain an important and integral part of the story, we want that to continue into the third game. We have some really important things we want to resolve there. That means we can't have these characters that were your love interests in this suicide mission potentially getting killed and then blocking off that opportunity. They're part of the story. They're part of the ongoing love story but they're not your squad members so that we can be sure that we can bring that love story to its conclusion."
"But just because you started a relationship with one character, that doesn't mean you'll finish it with him or her. "I also think that some of the very same people who are worried that their love interest from the first one won't be a squad member will probably end up cheating on their love interest from Mass Effect 1 anyway," said Hudson. "The ones in Mass Effect 2 are really compelling. That will be an interesting thing, too, to see whether people can stay true to their Mass Effect 1 love interest on the level that you'd think they would. The great thing is that we can track this with Achievements and find out if people did this."
Oh Casey. How can I ever trust you again?

Yeah, I was one of those people who thought it was Legion, looking for Shepard. How silly of me!LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...
I remember from my time lurking back then some people speculated that it was Legion confronting Liara, as you could only see a small piece of the N7 armour. They thought that explained her hardened expression in the screenshot.
Here's the pic...

No need to lie MDK. Just admit it already!
You were tempted by the Jacob romance!
There's no shame in saying it.

I remember someone on this forum who reaction to the Liara cameo was this "Liara is dead to me. So I went Jacob, a person who doesn't sacrifice his moral."
Wow. Just wow.
