Oh yeah, Chud talks a load of bollocks. But we already knew that.

You can say that again.

Chud still twisted his words, though. In many cases, people aren't cheating on their ME1 LIs because the new ones are "so compelling". They're cheating because Ashley, Kaidan and Liara suffered such badly written and half-baked cameos.

Yep. And it's incredibly frustrating. I feel like nobody believes me when I say that, yes, I do like my ME2 LI and am not just seething over Ash/Kaidan/Liara. Not only that, it's painful to bring Liara to Ilos now, knowing what awaits her.

Yeah, but it´s actually Shepard who has the wrost/lacking dialog. They were counting fully on the player not seeing the LI´s POV, and from the comments they were quite successful. But we won´t know the reason till ME3, if it was better than we want you to be with this other character.

Yeah, it's very poignant and sad to bring Liara along to Ilos and to listen to her react with such amazement and wonderment. It's very, very moving, knowing what's going to happen to her, and how her entire life is going to be turned upside down.

Of course. Alot of Ashley, Kaidan and Liara's actions are understandable. However, some of Shepard's derp dialogue simply defies belief.

"The great thing is that we can track this with Achievements and find out if people did this."
Yeah, no one would ever have more than one Shepard and persue different romaces. That's just impossible.

Also: What happend to that prothean data Liara was given by Vigil (if you allowed it)? Did Shepard and Co. Just forget to show it to the council or what?

ME2 fails so bad when it comes to continuation! <_<

I'm actually quite proud of my lack of Paramour achievement in ME2 - only one I don't have.

Until I can be bothered to create a new Shepard specifically for it, it's staying that way.

Please tell me they aren't determining cheating by seeing if you got the Paramour achievement in both games. Please? I have and haven't formally cheated yet.

I really hope they're not that stupid.

I don't think so, I believe Chud may be ignorant of just how the Achievements system operates. From what I can perceive, they're analysing data regarding cheating pertaining to each individual Shepard, and not the player's user account as a whole.

Lost the data from the omnitool in the battle? Would like to know what Drew´s original idea for ME2 was. The Ascension book points toward what we got (Cerberus vs Collectors) but continuity is jarring at some places to reset the ME1 epilogue.

Maybe she lost the omni-tool just like we lost our ability to equip one.

I never liked Liara tbh...The only reason she's alive in my game is because I disliked Ashley more.

First of all Liara is the only character in ME that can't die.
Second Just_Mike if your going to troll you'd be better served by staying on the Talithread.

Anyway Hello all.

I failed the last time I tried to cheat on her, but I feel like I should cheat on someone just to see what happens.
