I avoid all Citadel sidequests, and head off to Therum ASAP.

I just stay away from the med-lab and lab.

They have paid a heavy price for separating Liara and Shepard. Next is the SB.

Pffft. Tali. Garrus ended up eing the highlight of the first half of the game. Some familiarity. THen we get to meet Thane after Ash/Kai call you out on false assumptions. Yay!

Then you get to go and visit poor, Jaded Liara. Return to us! =/

At least I got to see my fav woman in the Galaxy when I woke up

Liara was still of the mindset that she had to appear menacing, and threatening in order to preserve her reputation and to survive in Illium's underworld. She then sees Shepard, and all of her inhibitions dissipate and she rushes over like an excited schoolgirl!

IMO this is related to the reason she breaks the kiss because her fears starts to surface and because she wouldn't want to continue the relationship with Shepard before he knows all the truth.

Jaded, tormented and haunted Liara is a potentially interesting and compelling character development. But it makes me incredibly sad. :-(

At least her character grew, even if it took a path that made us go and Shepards ****** poor dialog did not make it better.
