Who knows, they might be doing anything behind the scenes as Anderson's "agent". I'd be ticked and non-trusting too if someone who I fought with and/or loved too popped up and went "lul kaidans itz been too long. how yeh doin?"

Compared to Cerberus? Yesh, I'd be loyal to the Alliance too. I was just going to assume incidents similar happened since it's hard to imagine they did not. Ash probably would of clocked someone in the face. :o(wants to see)

Mass Effect 3 will reveal all (or not)
Nothing to do but speculate until trailers start to come out and then speculate on the trailers. Then the game comes out and we speculate on the game itself.

I don't belive that they were doing anything against the reapers they were on horizon to keep an eye on cerebus not because of the reapers. Being distrusting of Shepard I can understand but caling him a traitor is going to far even Anderson says this to the council in Shepard audience. And I also find hard to belive that the virmire would be ok what the aliance did with Shepard but what we see in the game points this way.

But you are right and perhaps ME3 will give us some explanation to this.

I didn't mean while on Horizon, I don't think they were either, but after they go back to the Citadel. Anything after Horizon and whatever inbetween ME2 and ME3 until we run into them. Anderson has to be doing something, not just sitting around.

Don't worry, I'm sure your LI ending might probably end up better than this very possible and most likely to happen one:

I still think the Council and Anderson are lying to us. I don't think they are that stupid. they most likely do beleive the Reapers exsist and are doing secret stuff and lied to Shepard because really, would you tell a man who is working with a enimie of the Council and has also been gone for two years? I would not tell Shepard anything if I was in there shoes.

The salarian and/or asari members are probably [smilie]http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n206/aymlam79/2who8ps.gif[/smilie]"Reaper"Image IPB agents. :P
But Anderson, no, even if he's not a council member, he's doing something and it's already been shown he's stonewalling you and will continue too most likely.

After horizon perhaps, and Anderson have been trying to convince everyonelse that the reapers exist as a concilor he can't do much more.

I would like to see how Liara have reacted to the things that the aliance heve said about Shepard. I imagine that she would be very furious.

Upcoming book shows Anderson knows csomething is up. This book will most likely build the way for ME3 like Ascension did (introduced Cerberus, TIm and the Collectors)

Also when you talk to Anderson more, he sounds like he is not happy with you and does not trust you at all, he was happy to see him again, but after awhile doubt began to eat at Anderson. This is what hurts Shepard the most. Anderson was like a mentor for Shepard, it's a popular rumor that Anderson was Shepards trainer in the N7 program and depending on if your spacer, he might have knowen your mother very well and saw you at a early age.

The part I'm really interested in is how he will combine a human with Reaper tech. Timmy-boy also has to have some sort of knowledge beyond what we know to pull that off, in my opinion. But then you could counter that with why he wouldn't tell us if he's so concerned with stopping the Reapers, since knowledge is power. I'm stumped there.

Liara is the only person that trusts Shepard without question even with him working for cerebus this is one of the things that shows how much Liara loves Shepard, she trust him even when his decisions are questionable this is true love.

I have a feeling Reaper-tech was used in Shepard. We know they where having trouble getting him back to live and we know Reaper-tech can make life, plus....

Overlrod spoilers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Ov erlord, we find out Shepard can be hacked, this does not bold well for Shepard if he fights the Reapers.

Garrus trust Shepard in a sence, but he is like Wrex, no matter who Shepard works for, they will be there for him. Wrex does not care who Shepard works for. Tali is very conflicted. Ash and Kaidan pretty much give Shepard the finger and Liara after all the hell she went through still trust Shepard.

Oh, crap. That's going to cause some problems, but that's interesting. I never read anything like that. Being rebuilt with some Reaper Tech does make sense and I'd be susprirsed it Shep didn't have a single piece of one in them.

The AI/VI hybrid is able to hack Shepard near the end of the DLC to show Shepard what really happened. If a VI/AI hybird can hack Shepard, then the Reapers can and that is not good news for Shepard.

Why does Liara look so sad in that pic, Lesenfants?

Oh, this must be the confrontation scene *derp*

Yep, she feels sad for and sympathises with Kaidan because the poor guy has just been rejected by Shepard.

I do love that screenshot!

I find this whole "Reaper tech put in to Shepard" deal to be very silly.  It's like swapping the parts of a toaster in and out of a heart attack victim's heart to see if any of them can in any way repair the damage, or improve function of the organ.

EDIT:
"Did the coil work?"
"No, that made him bleed even more."
"Hm.  What about the tube?"
"It just moved the blood around."
"***.  Which one will make him immortal, do you think?"

Then explain how the AI/VI hybird could hack Shepard? I doubt Bioware put it in there for the lulz, this is forshadowing thins, just like Kasumi's mission did with the Graybox.

Read closely.  I'm not saying it won't work.  Clearly, it does, if Shepard does have Reaper tech in him.  That it works is silly to me, a poorly conceived means of giving Shepard some attachment to the Reapers.  I'm scrutinizing the quality of the writing.

So, how about Liara's horrified and saddened reaction to finding Kahoku's body? Her compassionate nature?

Her compassionate nature was the initial motivation for her search for Feron, too. Kind of got a little out of control, there. Well, we still love her, despite her Waltersization!
