Would most likelysay for someone who says they are a friend, they gave Shepard the finger or something to reflect. I still trhink him and Ash might know each other on first name basis since both are Edan-prime surviors.

There should have been unique dialogue between Liara and Shiala. Missed opportunity!

Benezia had many followers I 'm sure that Shiala knows about Liara but Liara might not know Shiala, Shiala probably would be suprised to see Liara fighting with Shepard after all from Shiala POV is a great coincidence.  And she probably would never expect to see the shy and quiet Liara in a combat suit.

Liara would not have much to talk with Shiala probably they never talked before, the questions about Benezia the only ones that could be of interest to Liara are asked by Shepard.

Because Liara probably was still gathering her courage to tell Shepard the complete story of his return if she talks to Miranda Shepard will ask from where they know eachother and Liara will have to tell him right way because she wouldn't want to lie to Shepard.

I'm sure Liara and Shiala know each other. Shiala had been a disciple of Benezia for centuries, and Liara was her mentor's only daughter. I'm sure they would have known each other on a personal level, and talked to one another.

Liara is Benezia only daughter but Shiala is one of probably hundreds of Benezia followers I imagine that would be dificult to Liara know all of them specialy because Liara being shy would not be confortable around Benezia followers that are strangers to her but Shiala could be an exeption and they actually know eachother.

Liara´s asari commandos in 2 (if not a complete bluff) would most likely be her mother´s, who also have personal reasons to go against anything Reaper related.



About the Miranda thing, for all we know they didn´t think about it before the comic. She doesn´t talk to Garrus or Tali either though...

Tali was the first one who was unfriendly.Understandable,but still. And what a better way could you suggest to inform her about the ship ai? To hear it from the ship crew? And thane? Murdered peope for money(after his time as a hanar killer).Understandable.
