I like the differing atmosphere and tone to the confrontation scene dependant on whether it's Ashley or Kaidan along with Liara.
When it's with Ashley, it's more emotionally charged and tempers are being frayed alot more easier. When it's with Kaidan, it's alot more calm, collected and considerate. In both situations, Liara handles herself extremely well and never once loses her tact. This shows an admirable level of adaptability, IMO. I love it.

I also like how Liara continues to act incredibly mature during the confrontation scene with Ashley, and maintains her tact and acts very respectfully towards Ash.

She did already know you were alive and with Cerberus and eventually she probably would see you again though.

I didn't read the comics but didn't they tell her that the Lazurus Project might not work? So for almost 2 years, she could have been on pins and needles not knowing if they could ressurect Shepard or not.

That's right....Mirande tells Liara that the project may not be successful, as the body is in worse shape than they expected.

I allways see Liara situation for the two years that Shepard is being rebuild like some one that's in a waiting room of an hospital waiting to know if her loved one will survive or not. And for me she going after the SB is in part a way for her to feel closer to Shepard after all she is fighting for him.
