You'r thinking about the confrontation scene. You can turn her down gently in the medlab. Where she gets slightly embarrased.

I have never turned Liara down I have only saw the result of that outcome of the confrontation sceane in vid. So I never saw her reaction in the med lab.

Yes it is wrong LES!

But to be honest. I always pick the lower options in the reunion (execpt for the " YOU BETRAYED ME!"). It's better to show some concern than none at all. Even through Shepard shows it in a slightly negative way. I still think there should be a paragon version of the "you'r obsessed".

I think it's understandable to get a little upset (when you have no idea what is going on), but I could never yell at her for handing the body to Cerberus.

It's not wrong to prefer the emotional cripple to frustrated Shep, though

I don't tell Liara that she's obecessed because many people that think that the reapers don't exist say the same thing about Shepard because they don't know the true and at that point we also don't know all the story. But I always tell her to be carefull and not became what she is hunting because if I don't tell her this it means I don't care and I don't want Liara became something that even she hates.

Or, you can do as I do and just select whatever and rewrite the whole scene in your head.

Yes. You know I do so too.

I actually imagined my Shepard and Liara said an emotional goodbye to each other when I had them speak to each other just before the suicide mission. I did this all the time in ME1 too. Liara comforts my Shepard after Virmire, and helps to ease her guilt.

Then, who gives a crap what Shepard says or doesn't say!  I like to pic the 'obsessed' option (and I like to initially refuse her offer to hack the terminals) b/c it gives some nice screen shot opportunities.

Just like I lead Kaidan on so I can get the confrontation scene...for the awesome screens of Liara.  In the canon that goes on in my head, that would never happen.

I doubt it....the options you picked in ME1 surely didn't affect the ME2 relationship. 

The only dialog that could possibly affect the ME3 relationship is the one where you agree to hook up with another LI.

Can't you select both Paragon and Renegade responses when Liara opens up? Meaning, you intially select the pissed Shepard dialogue choice, before you then pursue that dialogue path again, but this time selecting the appreciative, Paragon choice? If that's the case, then I can't imagine it will have an effect. At all.

It seems that way.  You can at first tell her you will not help her with hacking, then you can go back and tell her you will help her a minute later

You've heard the voice acting when you select that dialogue choice. How distraught and crushed Liara sounds. It sounds awful!

I know...it will be terrible...terrible.  I'm curious what facial expression goes with that dialog.
