Can't you select both Paragon and Renegade responses when Liara opens up? Meaning, you intially select the pissed Shepard dialogue choice, before you then pursue that dialogue path again, but this time selecting the appreciative, Paragon choice? If that's the case, then I can't imagine it will have an effect. At all.

I don't know I only saw the vid but I think that is like the paragon one after the first time you can't do that dialog again, the sceane is prety much the same in anything related to Liara the only thing that chages is the dialog, the diference is with Shepard he gets up and yells to Liara but then he sits again and the sceane continue like haven't happened anything. But this path is good to see that Liara don't care much about Feron because when she's telling the reason for going after the SB she doesn't mention her friend.

I think that she only says "...for me" when Shepard blame her because Shepard blame her so she thinks that Shepard hate her(may not be the case Shepard don't liking his body being handed to cerebus don't mean that he hates Liara) so she wants to kill the SB because he put Liara in a situation where her only options are let Shepard death or worse in the hands of the collectors or do something that will make Shepard hate her.

Yeah, I like it too...you have to yell at her to get it, though.

Honestly, I don't think yelling at her in ME2 will ruin the chances of getting the relationship in ME3.   So, if you want to go for it!

Think about the reasons as to why Toombs is hunting those Cerberus scientists in ME1. He's still incredibly haunted and traumatised by what happened on Akuze, and he believes that by killing the people responsible for it he'll find happiness again.

I theorise that Liara is feeling the same way to a certain extent. All of her pain, all of her guilt, all of her self-loathing, all of her torment. Liara feels that by eliminating the Shadow Broker, she'll be eased of her pain and be happy again. That's what I theorise, anyway.

That makes a lot of sense what makes me furious is that we don't have a oportunity to show Liara that revenge will not maker happy again much less make her sufering go away(like we can do with Toombs), but being reunited to the person that she loves will not only ease her sufering but also make her happy again.

hehe thanks guys ,Oh btw I got both my me's to work on my pc now so its cool for screen shots ,, I haven't reached the Liara part in me2 but i will soon and i got a new femshep !

Liara's smile is always the most beatiful thing in the galaxy, but the best ones IMO are after Shepard chose Liara in the confrontation sceane. I just feel bad for making Liara unsure of my Shepard feelings for her because for my Shepard there are no doubts he loves Liara more than anything.

I know that after the confrontation sceane is not the moment to take pictures but I would love that the picture on Shepard's desk in ME2 were the picture of one of those smiles.



Thought might be dangerous because Shepard will be always in his cabin loking to that picture and would forget about everitihng else includig the mission to save the galaxy.
