Oh! Buying a picture frame, then inserting a picture of them together in the Citadel wards. perhaps the picture would be them embracing warmly? Shepard would then give it to Liara.

While those are both very sweet and romantic stuff, remember this is ME2! Liara have gone crazy and no longe loves or cares about Shepard!

Shepard, who knows this. Have decided to move on and find a new person. A person, who cares about him!


You could almost say.....

But since that those pictures mention it I find very strange that all the possible womens of ME1 that make a move on Shepard are on Ilium the same place that Liara is. I think that Nixeseris will not be the only person to have a bad day, Shiala and Gianna will also have a bad day.

I don't expect Liara reacting bad to Shepard betraying her I imagine that she fears that Shepard will move on. It will hurt her a lot but she is somewhat prepared for that.
