If Liara weren't so modest, it could actually be quite effective in combat. Enemies would be distracted by the sexiness. But yeah, I hope she doesn't wear it.

Yeah. It's quite a contrast b/c the lighting during the confrontation scene is absolutely perfect, and really augments Liara's beauty and her facial features. In ME2...well, the less said about the lighting, the better! It turns her this really sickly looking grey colour. I dislike it.
Her eyes too...
