I bet Chakwas has noticed that Shepard doesn't stop by the Med Bay as much as she used to in ME1...

What, you mean to tell me that you weren't as eager to talk to Legion as you were Liara?

:P

I guess not, though I do like Legion and find him interesting.

Likewise, but he's no Liara. None are.

I'm sure she must find the frequent trips to Illium amusing. Shepard, not so much :(

Argh, don't remind me! I'd understand Shepard being frustrated if she asked Liara anything on a personal level, rather than just inquiring as to how her work is going.

I'm going to hate seeing my Shepard derp off to Liara. Although, I do have an explanation for it from a RP perspective.

Yeah, seen that before. It's so sweet, and I love it.

Seems like Liara became fond of the green/white colour combination at a young age, huh?

I think that Liara childhood was much different from other asari she probably was teach at home by personal tutors, wherever she go probably she had a small army of commandos after her no wonder why she wanted to be an explorer she probably felt like all her chilldhood was a prison.

Well, that's the best way to do it.  Or write fanfic . . . but that didn't quite help me in the case of my main =/

What's awesome is that Liara is completely unaware of just how attractive and sexy she is. She's far too modest.

Liara doesn't know how D'awwwwww inspiring she is.

You know, if Benezia were still alive and well, at least she'd be attempting to comfort her daughter more than Shepard does so.

Just saying. I imagine Benezia would be very concerned and supportive of Liara's plight.

I would like to see Benezia throwing all Shepards that blame Liara for handing the body to cerberus through that big window in Liara's office is nothing less than they deserve.

It would be great that instead of Feron helping Liara in Redemption was Benezia helping Liara. Mother and daughter fighiting together. And then would be Benezia explaining to Shepard how much Liara had suffred without him and then Shepard would show Liara how much he loves her and that he also can't live without Liara and understand completely what she has donne.

That would have been interesting. I'm not sure Benezia would have become personally involved in missions of that nature, though. That's what her disciples and guards of asari commandos are for, after all. But to assist her daughter? Maybe!

My own personal character of choice to partner with Liara to find Shepard would have been Ashley, though. I'd have loved that!

Of course...mommies are better than anyone else!

I would like to see what Benezia thinks of Liara in ME2.  I wonder if she would approve or disapprove of her current course?

After ME1 I don't think that Benezia would have any commando serving her probably all of then have been indoctrinated by Soveringn and kilied in the atack on the cidatel. The only one that remain is Shiala. Now that would be even greater Liara,Benezia and Shiala looking for Shepard that Tazziq would be in a very bad situation.

I have wondered that myself in the past. Like I said, I imagine that Benezia would be very sympathetic and supportive regarding her daughter's predicament, and the manner in which she's suffering.

However, if Benezia trusts Liara and believes her in that her daughter is doing the right thing, then I can see her allowing Liara to carry on once she's attempting to comfort her somewhat. Benezia seems to put alot of trust in Liara's maturity, and treat her like a responsible adult. After all, she allowed Liara to leave home to pursue her career in archaeology, and doesn't feel like she has to protect and control her. Benezia seems to trust Liara, and grant her independence.

I think the same.  I see her supporting Liara 100%, maybe even annoying her a bit with her suggestions on how to improve her broker business :P

But no, Liara doesn't have her or anyone :crying:

She seems terribly lonely.

Yup. As long as Liara assures Benezia that she's doing the right thing, Benezia would trust her daughter. I like the idea of her bothering Liara with suggestions as to how she could improve her broker business. Hah!

Liara is very, very lonely. :crying: If Shepard yells at her, Liara says she doesn't wish to argue as she has no friends left. So sad!

I wonder if Liara inhereited Benezia's wealth, resources, assets and detail of asari commandos?

I would imagine...this may explain why she was able to become so powerful in just 2 years...she had one helluva head start!

I belive that she must have inhereited Benezia's wealth and resouces she must have some resouces to start her business as information broker but she didin't inherited the commandos because first IMO they were all indoctrinated and killed in Soveringn atack and even if some have survived they will not follow Liara because she is not a Matriarch.

Exactly! Not only is Liara Benezia's daughter, but she was also a part of Shepard's squad and helped in the war against Saren, Sovereign and the geth. That grants her almost immediate respect and power amongst the asari!
