Well, I think Liara fans are among the most diverse. We have FemSheps and MShep's romancing her. There are many opinions in this thread, there are also a huge amount of highly opiniontated people who are very passionate, visiting this thread. We have all been wanting dlc or an Expansion pack for Liara for some time now, and Liara's character especially, it seemed the most likely to receive one. Liara's character has been the most mutilated by carryover, imo, so the comic set people off, as well as her seemingly aloofness to Shepard's part in the story.
The game has been out for over six months now, so we don't have much to talk about as far as the characters go. There is also so little to talk about with Liara, because her role is so small. After a certain point it's just beating a dead horse.
A few Liara thread goers clashed with a LOT of people, and that is why the group was formed, and it's also why people don't visit here anymore.

Let's just hope everything will work out with Liara in a new uber good DLC or some really good expansion pack....there's just so much potential with her new shadow broker connection now....i just can't bear the thought of losing my blue cherry!!! 
or the best thing will be a ME1 romance DLC, which will do some right to both Ash or Liara for MShep or vise versa for FemShep...and make way for ME3. Bioware always does miracles, so I don't think they'll just let this slip...i'll buy that DLC if it ever comes,, even for 19.99$...
