Liara seems happy, missing old times. The way things were before everything went to hell. Now, today is first day she can be happy again, even if it's just for one moment.

"It was here where I first met the Shadow Broker."

At least that's what pops in my head when I see this image.

And this music is what plays in my head.

I just hope that this mission is Post endgame stuff. Im tired of 'saving" Cerberus from its idoicy.

I would pay money for dlc that included this line from femShep (Jennifer Hale).  Cool avatar, btw.

It's already been stated that the guns are part of a seperate pack, and will be released before the Liara DLC.

If the Liara DLC does take place after the SM, it wouldn't make sense to find new weapons during it if you don't have the rest of the game to then use them in.

I really like Liara's new outfit in the DLC. I hope she keeps it for ME3.

Gracias! I always find the quirky type avvies. :D I hope to some sort of RPG gods that I dont have to go anywhere near TIM's other reject babies and preserve the sanity of the humanverse. In fact I hope I can take the SB head and mail it to TIM with the note : "Your next buddy! Want one lump or two when you wont see me til its too late?"

i'm kind of hoping there'll be some extra dialogue between Liara and Shepard in the next DLC for people who stayed loyal or who romanced her in ME1.

scratch that, i'm demanding it!

After playing Mass Effect 1, I must say: I love Liara. I can't wait for the DLC.

Just read part of the response to the issue of some people not being able to get the DLC...

Apparantly if BW gave them the english version of the DLC "there would be large scale changes to the main-game player experience"

Seems to me this DLC is bringing something in that will affect stuff outside of the missions it involves, otherwise they could have just said "these missions will have to be played in english"

Perhaps the DLC includes the biotic buffs for adepts Christina Norman promised?

Might have to give adepts a shot again.

But how does that have a language thing? They seem to be saying that because the DLC is english language only, it would do weird stuff to the main game of a non-english language version.

Almost like it adds dialogue that will always be in english, that isn't just limited to this mission itself.

Maybe it fixes the Liara-cameo on Illium? But that just seems too much to hope for IMO. Beside I don't think Bioware will have DLC change anything in the main game it self.

But who knows?

Okay, I'm going to come out and give an example of what they may be going on about.

I cannot stress enough that I DON'T think this will happen.

If the DLC were to add Liara as a squadmate, because the DLC is english language only, Liara would always speak english, while the other characters would all speak the language of the game.

That's the sort of issue I think it is. But I DON'T think it'll be that particular example.

Well, it's more of because DLC is suppose to blend in with the main game. That can't happen if you went from people speaking pollsh in the main game, then speaking english with a completely different voice, plus subtitles in the DLC.

True. They probably just don't want people to have to play the DLC missions in a different language, though I doubt many of them would mind...

Still - makes me wonder what was meant by "there would be large scale changes to the main-game player experience"

Would "large-scale" changes really mean just this one DLC mission?

I'm so confused right now...

Think about it like this. One of the things that makes you attached to Liara is Ali Hillis's performance. And apart of what makes you attached to Shapard is Jennifer Hale's performance. For 2 games it's been that way. Then out of the blue, they speak a completely different language for no reason, with completely different voices. It'll throws you off, and by switching their voices, you loose some of the things that made you like them as characters.

Well, I think Fable 2 did something for Canadians, were you could download the French Version, but I don't know.
