Liara reminds me more of Fred actually. And there is definitely a little of AtS S1-S2 Cordy in Miranda.

(Silent pause)
Shepard: And I haven’t been fidgeting!  The seats on this shuttle need ... adjusting.  That’s all.
Tali: If you say so, but I’m not the one trying to bite her fingernails through her gloves. 
Shepard: I’m not -- (looks at torn gloves) -- the gloves are too tight.  I’m just loosening them up.
Garrus: Whatever you say, Commander.
