Likewise! Even with a full compliment of squadmates, I would still make room for Liara.

I hope, after the DLC is over, Liara just grabs Shepard for a huge passionate kiss and then says, 'I have been waiting so long to do that!'



Then, at that point, Shepard can kiss her back, or dump her and go back to the ME2 LI.



Of course, this only happens if you did romance her...would be awkward otherwise.

I believe she will have her own space, if on the Normandy.  They could always add another deck and place her there somewhere.

I'm sure Liara would have her own quarters if the player did not romance her. I'd just love it if she were able to reside in Shepard's cabin if she is your LI, and the player remained faithful to her.

J, I'd like that very much. I'd get to see it both ways. Ran my Liara-ronabcing Shep twice: once faithfu, and once with an ME2 LI.

I lost some squadmates. My Shepard made some questionable decisions during the suicide mission because she was distracted (not loyal)...her loyality mission isn't released yet :whistle:

I'd love that, it would be awesome, and beautiful! The part that I have bolded is interesting, though. If something like that is incorporated, then it allows romance content to be featured or avoided with Liara if she is your LI, without fully tackling and consequences for cheating which would be left for ME3. Something like this would be preferable, I think.

Yes, there might be a third 'neutral' option...to not outright turn her down, but tell her you need 'time to think'.  She will leave you after this, and then in ME3, you will have the 'confrontation scene' where you can choose either Liara or the ME2 LI.

Of course, I hope that what I have proposed in the past regarding possible romance content with Liara for faithful Shepards is also fully realised too. Something like the poignant, emotional and intimate romance reconciliation and reaffirmation scene in Shepard's cabin between the pair is something I'd absolutely adore. The potential is immense.

Yes, and I feel that is one way in which the romance with Liara can be featured in her DLC, whilst simultaneously avoiding any consequences for cheating or to force the player into any romance content with Liara when they wish to avoid it.

I think the implementation of something like this may actually be quite likely.

Hmmm, I may be biased, but I like the idea of this sociopathic Renegade FemShep romancing Liara, as it creates an interesting contrast with regards to their respective personalities. Shepard is aggressive, violent, brutal, and ruthless whereas Liara remains kind, calm, compassionate, altruistic and quite reserved. It adds an interesting dynamic to the relationship, something that I feel would be lost if Kaidan is romanced and his alignment is shifted to be more Renegade.

Furthermore, would it not perhaps be quite interesting to have Liara influence Shepard in some way, and transform her into acting slightly more Paragon. That could be a very intriguing way to RP this Shepard, jtav.
