Oh, if waiting for a further month for Liara's DLC means that the quality will substantially improve, then I don't mind. I may be quite impatient, especially when it comes to more Liara content, but I'd happily wait a little while longer if it means that the final product is improved!

I think that, since they've announced it a few weeks ago, the Liara DLC will show up sometime this month...I don't think they will wait another month until PAX just to show a trailer. People would have forgotten about the DLC by then. 
Seriously, they'll want to generate as much hype for it, so they will keep releasing a constant stream of material until it's finally available.

I've always speculated and believed that the Liara DLC will be released late August, as it would follow the standard set by both Overlord and Kasumi for substantial, story driven DLC releases. However, if the Liara DLC is in fact greater in size when compared to those two packs, then perhaps the duration between announcement and release will be greater to allow a maximum amount of time for marketing.

Of course, but I'm just speculating on a possible reason as to why the timespan between announcement and release may be extended for the Liara DLC. If the Liara DLC is far more substantial than the previous two story-driven DLC packs, then they may prefer to have more time with which to market and hype the thing, in order to generate more sales.
