That's why he sends him on suicide missions, and missions where he doesn't tell him it's a trap.

The misson is important and dangerous but they need Shepard that's why he is more important than the data.

I hope that in this DLC we have the oportunity to talk to Liara before the misson starts in this conversation Liara and Shepard would talk about everything that happened since their reunion in Ilium Liara will show how happy she is for Shepard return and Shepard would say how much he mised Liara in the time they were apart after Ilium and this scene would end with a kiss before the misson starts.

I certainly hope so. I eagerly await the DLC, but at minimum want somenew Liara/Shep dialogue. At best I'm hoping we get to invite Liara up to the cabin! Mostly I hope it is rewarding for Liara's lack of a role in ME2.

Honestly.....I really do want to get the SB stuff out of the way so ME3 can just be Reapers vs Shephard's chosen crew. Really, 3 of each (biotic, grunt, tech) should be enough for any party variety. Give me a better story involving the characters we already know and have.

I happen to believe that there will be deep, intimate and emotional dialogue between Liara and Shepard throughout the Liara DLC, even moreso if she is your LI. To me, that one released screenshot in which Liara looks quite saddened, and overwhelmed was promising as it seems to indicate character development of this nature will be contained within the DLC.

In that screenshot, it appears to me that Liara is recounting some of the experiences and recent events of her life that have traumatised and tormented her, and it will obviously result in Shepard being able to comfort her. Very promising!

I hope so...it seems like herself and Shepard are having a moment.  It's important...can't wait to see it for real.
