Like I said before I hope that this DLC is something similar to the SM so Liara will be with us in some parts of the DLC but in others she will be doing other things in other places and I prefer this way because Liara can assume a more important role to the story this way instead of just folow Shepard, but I also hope that the final confrontation with the SB is a batle with just Shepard and Liara.

Just watch, you'll find Feron at some point and she'll decide to run off with him to fight and your squad can be a 'diversion team' or something like that.

I belive that we will find Feron and like in the SM someone will escort him to the ship because he will not be in condition to fight once in the ship he will act as guide for both Liara and Shepard team nothing more.Like I said I belive that the final confrontation will be just Liara and Shepard against the SB while everyone else is holding the rest of the SB forces.

The fact that Liara and Shepard would be alone against the SB will create the oprotunity for some very dramatic moments.

She could always be temporarily recruitable, but I don't think they will do this.  She'll have some cool cutscenes (hopefully) and will talk to you, as you said.

Tali's sequence of missions introduces and/or expounds upon some elements that will probably be relevent to ME3, but the same cannot be said of Garrus.

Could be...could be anyone really.   I'm thinking it will definitely be a new character, though...it won't be anyone we know of already. 

Though, some think it's Feron. 

The Liara's father thing could be interesting, though we would have to then suffer through Star Wars jokes

Well, I wouldnt say shenanigans. They said news in August, that doesnt mean today. Id just rather hear some news. Its been a long time now since it was announced, so youd think they wouldnt want to keep it too long with just a simple announcement to keep interest going.
