Yeah, she goes into the same detail as Benezia does...it's quite awesome to hear her geek out like that

If not playable to the public, then at least Bioware could play it for others, allowing "eyes on" coverage, instead of "hands on".

Indeed, I now actually want to save Noveria until last during my current playthough. However, I also want to acquire Kaidan's companion achievement, whilst simutaneously having him sacrifice himself on Virmire. I don't know if I will be able to do so if I leave Noveria until last.

Getting the Kaidan achievement isn't so hard, since you had him from the beginning. Just keep him around for lots of side missions, and main missions, and you'll get it very fast.

I know, I know. It's just that I am paranoid that letting him die on Virmire, whilst also still having Noveria, all of it's sidequests, the Citadel sidequests during the Normandy lockdown, and Ilos still left will result in me not obtaining the achievement.

Well, look at your journal, and count how many missions and side missions you've finished with him so far.

You need to have finished 45 missions with Kaidan.

Just a quick question to all who post here.

If you have any Shepard where you roleplay (no "What would I do?") and romance Liara. How do you roleplay and whats your background story for your Shepard?

Well, I think it's my next Shep that will be romancing Liara. Colonist War Hero. She's generally a good person, but she lacks the unconscious vanity of many of my MaleSheps. She's keenly aware that it can be hard to do the right thing and that she'll pay for it sometimes. She does it anyway because her conscience demands it. She's as reserved and introverted as the game allows her to be. She still misses her family horribly, but she doesn't like to show it because emotions are fundamentally private things. She thought about maybe becoming a scientist herself for a while, but joined the military out of gratitude and to stop slavers. She thinks she can make more of a difference on the field than in the lab, and she was only ever a mediocre scientist anyway. Liara appeals to her because she's also an intellectual and there's a bit of vicarious living that might be going on as well. She might be working on her doctorate right now if it weren't for the batarians.



She'll be faithful to Liara. Not so much because she believes Liara's the only girl for her--the idea of soulmates actually creeps her out--but because she knows something is up with Liara's current attitude and wants to have a nice long chat with her. She wants to resume the relationship but fears too much might have changed. I suspect she also might be nursing some on unacknowledged feelings for Miranda, but that's neither here nor there.

I'll give a long post about my Shep too:

Well, my Shepard is nothing like me...she's charming and charismatic...a natural leader.  Her background is Earthborn/Ruthless.  She grew up on the streets of NYC, and eventually joined up with the Reds.  Given her natural charisma, she rose through the ranks of that gang pretty quickly.  I envision that the gang was mostly made up of other teenage kids, so her age wasn't a problem.

She did some bad things when she was with the gang, but she still is a decent person, and decided to leave the gang for the Alliance when they were taking part in some things she did not approve of (murder/assassination).  So, she joined the Alliance, received advanced tech training in order to become what we know as the 'Engineer' class.  She quite intelligent, so this was a natural fit.

She was sent to Torfan, but regrets what had to be done there...she had no other choice though.  Then N7 training, then ME1, then Liara. 

Most are intimidated by my Shepard, due to her reputation as the 'Butcher of Torfan' and it is difficult to earn her trust and friendship.  However, it is still possible (Liara did it).   She is also fearless on the battlefield and can be a stern leader.  She is a Paragade,  though most Renegade points come from her sometimes brash reactions to threats or from running her mouth.
