I don´t think the story was decent, only new thing in 4 issues was Feron´s name. And I found Liara Ok in the comic, she´s on edge and it shows. Well, except the Bond One Liners. Those were really bad. I had more trouble with the art, the style made her body language and expressions too overacted.

Yes, the art wasn't great.  The cover art was good, though, especially issue 1.    The comic story didn't add anythiing that we already don't find out in ME2 (except for some bits about Feron).  I can imagine that they didn't want to do too much with the story in Redemption to avoid spoiling some things in ME2 and in LotSB.

The question now has to be "which do you play first?"

I'm thinking Liara, since my default warden has no particular reason to hunt Morrigan, but my default Shep needs to be teaming up with Liara again, and soon.

Im surprised actually, because the way I read the character DLCs for DAO given the sequel is more like a swan song than anything else. The DAO player character and the associated NPCs dont look like they have much of a future.

I certainly hope the Liara DLC is the opposite, and one of its "bridging" functions is a nice little "remember me for ME3 because Ill be playing a big part as a squadmate" message.

Maybe Im not that lucky, but then again after ME2, I certainly didnt expect to see DLC of the kind thats being offered. Im even optimistic that the VS could be in for exactly the same treatment. Its no less than they deserve.

Well...I will play LotSB first for sure.  Unless...it is delayed

I'm also excited about the possibility of Claudia Black voicing a character in LotSB.  She's quite awesome and would make an excellent Shadow Broker

It's not confirmed or anything, it's just an inference.  It would make sense for them to use her in some capacity in LotSB though.   Black does voice Aethyta and Admiral Xen in ME2.

Yeah, I knew about those two characters being voiced by her, but it wasnt easy to pick up. Its like Mark Meer or Grey DeLisle, where they have a really good range, but sometimes you can just pick out that quality in their voice thats impossible to mask and it just clicks that its them.

I never actuelly cared that much that we play a diffrent character in a diffrent setting in DA2. Because unlike ME, I never believed we would really continue the story of the warden and his companions (aside from expansion packs). So I actuelly welcome the Morrigan DLC, if only to tie up the last loose end of my canon warden.

I think most people caught Xen the first time out.  The rachni envoy and Aethyta are a pretty good reach on her part though.

Now I'll have a vision of Claudia Black pinching her nose and making a droopy American accent face whenever I hear Aethyta...thanks IMDB.
