Hey guys in mass effect 1 did you tell Liara that you and Ash were friends or did you tell that you cared about Ash so that you could get the fight scene when they confront Shepard?(I wonder who would have won that fight)

Hey Bioware!  Can we get an option at the beginning of ME3 to shut OFF any potential romances on any given play through?   I'd take one for ME1 & ME2 as well, but I'm sure that'll never happen.  Or even just color code them like certain Para/Ren options.   Pretty please.  I'll even through in one of Liara's coffee cups.

Now u remind me of something. Why didnt they build in the option that u are not free because u still love your ME1 LI. (even if your ME1 LI dont love u anymore hypotetically !) I mean, sure 2 years passed for your LI, but not for you. So that dialogue option would, in my mind, be logically correct.

edit: oh i am not really familiar with that forum, whre exactly is this forum ?

I think I told Kaiden that I'm interested in Liara and there was nothing between us.

Yeah, very nice scene. BioWare deserves a lot of criticism for what they did to the ME 1 LIs, but that scene at least is good. In my opinion it transports more depth and true romantic connection than any of the ME 2 love scenes. Yet of course in the Liara case, the picture scene doesn't make much sense, as you could always go to Illium and say a proper goodbye.

True, but that option was sacryficed in order to made ME 2 playable for game newcomers because using that option will lock any possible new Lis ... beside after spending some time on this forum i was quite surprised how many ME 1 playerd akctualy dump thier original Lis in favor of new ones just because that sad Horizon encounter or Liara's acting on Illum... but i known to who (more or less artofficial) heart belong and there is othing what could change that fact... even if my Shep must run to her cabin after each mission to feed fishes (i have both lllum and Thesian fishes so that's say too  who is my Li:lol:) and stare at that desk picture.

Yes it was. With the way the Illium scene was handled I was afraid of Shep/Liara drifting apart, but that scene at least made it clear that she was still on his mind.

I thought Shep did a little too much of this  during that scene.

Considering that he (my Shep anyway) was most likelly never to see her again, suicide mission and all that, I think it was just right, if he wasnt so strong he should even have cried...

oh, on another note..damn fast thread today peeps! I go to uni for 5 hours, come back BAM 10 pages! Its taken me a good 45 mins to read it all (I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to this thread, I haven't missed a thing!)

as for Ilium i looked around LiLi office and haven't found anything which could be spy mic/camera vent or anything that may hold it inside. i wonder how will BW explain the whole "i am spied" Liara thing to be reliable ....

What exactly is the locker scene ? I dont exactly understand. Is it the "making love" scene or the "oh lets kiss a little bit and joker disturbs us" ?
