If its any consolation to Liara, its only her and the rest of the galaxy who have to wait around for Shepard to get everything done.

Any claims that cerberus "are the only ones doing anything" are bull. No, they revive Shepard and let him do it instead.

Mass Effects galaxy really is populated mostly by morons.

Awful Meer acting aside good trailer. But why does Liara change appearence every time we see her? BioWare must have a BIG sign in their office saying "**** continuity".

Artistic license. First we had sweet Liara, then obsessed Liara, now we have badass Liara. Also, is it me or did I hear Jennifer Hale's voice in that trailer?

With her clothing sure but changing her face no.  Unrealistic.  Immerision breaking.

Poor Liara.   No matter how much work she does, the solutions always just fall on to Shepard's lap.  He probably wouldn't even need to anything about biology in order to cure cancer.

Side point: During the flying carchase their looks to be an armoured hanar on one of the big screens. Blasto in action perhaps?

I framestep'd through the trailer in MPC and managed to miss this the first time.

Seems like there's a new exploding biotic power thing and possibly NPC vanguards too?

Her facial structure hasnt changed at all from what I can tell. If anything, I find it more realistic that someones face would change, particularly over two years of extremely hard, emotionally draining work, on top of being burdened with what Liara knows about whats coming to wipe the galaxy clean of advanced organic life.

I for one wish my Shepard could have looked more haggard and tired during ME2. It certainly would have been better than stupid, poorly explained glowing sith scars straight out of Star Wars.

I was kinda pinning for the fact that Liara would be the one to find the data on the SB.

Oh well.....

Well with all due respect to Liara, she is only one person, and one whos had to contend with an agent of the Shadow Broker feeding her misinformation for christ knows how long during those two years.

I dont think she should take it as anything other than good news. She wants to kill the Shadow Broker for emotional reasons, not for reasons related to bolstering her own ego. She should be fine.

I don't think that's possible since players can change their face. You'd have to design a program to warp your Shepard, and make him older.

It would be absolutely possible, and not different to selecting a scar from ME1, or any of the other facial options. It would be easier to do than the stupid changing glowing scars as well, since Im talking about just another facial option selected at creation as opposed to something that changes based on gameplay.

Just a little something to put in that gives the impression that Shepard isnt some mindless automaton, but a human who actually feels the strain and pressure of what he gets put under.

I wasn't trying to justify it, just explain it.  :)

Unfortunately, continuity has become more of an obstacle rather than a building block in various games, comics and movies as of late. Tis sad.

I know it isn't just because she just wants to boost her ego but still.

LIARA: I'm so close Shepard! I've spendt two years hunting down the SB, a month or two and I will have him.

Shep: Two years Liara? Pfft! I already know where the SB, TIM just sendt me a textmessage telling me where the SB's hideout is! Apperently, Cerberus tracked him down via his facebook page.

Liara: :pinched:

Made some screenies :)

First...Liara is definitley fighting alongside you.
Posted Image

Mini Game with Shuttle on Illium :)
Posted Image

It seems that Shadow Broker Agents are listening in on Liaras and Sheps conversation.
Think thats Tazzik?
Posted Image

Is Liara pushing the button to torture Feron?
Posted Image

Some scripted Events...Shep saving Liara...I think its Thane in the Background.(you see him earlier with Shepard)
Posted Image

An Asari Spectre who doesnt seem hostile and is in many different scenes. (notice the spectre sign on her shoulder.)
Posted Image

And the last shot "Liara is in there" is Shepard yyelling. And you only see him and the Spectre. Possibility for Liara to die?..Maybe she fakes death to escape Shadow brokers interest?
Posted Image

It also seems that everyting takes place on Illium.

I wonder if those Shepard's that chose another LI in ME2 will be able to tell Liara "You brought this upon yourself!" or maybe "You deserved it!". Maybe Shepard will be forced to react that way?

Since this is a spoiler forum, I don't mind sharing my excitement here about the trailer for the DLC.

I'm sticking up for Meer. He IS Shepard....is he dead-pan in some parts? Yep, Just like Hale is during some parts. Both are good Shepards.

I also liked Shepard's line: "Cerberus gave me data on where to find him.....interested?" Don't know why, but I enjoyed that revelation.

I wonder if the asari Spectre is Tela Vasir, the Spectre mentioned several times on the Cerberus Daily News.

Really? I facepalmed when I heard it. Once again, Cerberus managed to pull something out of their ass.

But for your comment about Mark Meer. I agree, he's preformance in all the DLC so far have been sub-par (but so was Hale's). But I still think he's a good voice actor, who doesn't deserve 90% of his criticisem.

Compare Liara's gun, and you'll see she's using  the Tempest. While in earlier pics, she's using the Shuriken (aka, the other submachine gun).

I cant stand Hales voice acting of Shepard myself, but yeah, generally the voice acting in the DLC doesnt match that of the game itself. Maybe its because of the volume of work necessary for the recording of the main game lets them get into the character better, whereas smaller DLC work at a different time might not always let them find that spot where they want to be.

Let's hope, I want to join her in combat again.

Mini Game with Shuttle on Illium :)

Could be sweet, could also be utter crap. At the very least it'll be something different :D

It seems that Shadow Broker Agents are listening in on Liaras and Sheps conversation.
Think thats Tazzik?

Would be nice to be pitted against SB's go-to guy when it comes to killings and such. Hopefully he'll have some unique talents and not just be another Salarian Sentinel with a little different texture.

Is Liara pushing the button to torture Feron?

How about shutting the machine off? Besides I bet it's not just for torture, like someone said before on this thread that SB might be using organics in conjunction with some kind of computer... To compute pi.

Some scripted Events...Shep saving Liara...I think its Thane in the Background.(you see him earlier with Shepard)

I bet it's Feron, it seemed to me like Shep was alone some of the time? Maybe not a possibillity to bring squaddies all the time?

An Asari Spectre who doesnt seem hostile and is in many different scenes. (notice the spectre sign on her shoulder.)

Finally someone to show Shep how it's done! :P

And the last shot "Liara is in there" is Shepard yyelling. And you only see him and the Spectre. Possibility for Liara to die?..Maybe she fakes death to escape Shadow brokers interest?

Dude, it's a trailer, it could just as well take place in the very beginning or the middle of the DLC, don't jump too hard to conclusions, they brake easily. But an interesting thought nonetheless.

It also seems that everyting takes place on Illium.

Yeah, like the first announcement of LotSB kind of stated already.

As much as I want to stay here and discus. I feel like I have a responsebility to complete my male warden in order to play witch-hunt after I played Liara's DLC!

Damn you Bioware for making DLC dedicated to my favorite LI's in each series!
