Re: the "kill anyone who tries to stop us", completely agree with the view that this is no different to what Shepard does almost the ENTIRE GAME. Seriously, with the notable exception of Thane and Samaras loyalty mission, that sentence describes pretty much all of ME2s "main" plot.



1. Establish reason for going to said location.

2. Kill almost everything at said location.

2.1. Add in small amounts of optional dialogue.

3. Conclude reason for going to said location.

What if when you get in the Lair, and Liara starts to blow stuff, there happen to be a couple of innocent Salarian maintenance workers. And you like: "WTF, Liara, now we have to save these Salarians!", and she like: "No way! If we stop to save them, TSB gets away!"

Then Id simply accept that whoever wrote Liara in this DLC doesnt have a clue how to write her character. They should stick to writing Zaeed.

I don't see this happening.  I think you are taking the line way too literally.  She's not necessarily a mindless 'mission first, kill the SB no matter the cost' just from what we've seen.  I'd be quite surprised if what you described happens.

Besides, Liara looked quite emotional/upset in a few clips.  She's not the heartless Renegade most think she is now.  Renegades don't cry

agreed. I see that she is totally bent on destroying this dude/thing/AI/thingamajig or whatever, but in the end she is still Liara, just a pissed off liara, not heartless.

All told I think this situation has changed her, but not that drastically.

Maybe it's just because I'm tired, and when I'm tired I think everything is hilarious, but this makes me laugh more than it should.

I lol'd. Good observation. That is indeed hilarious, though I 'd be totally pissed with her after discovering such involved actions that doesn't include me

Im glad the new outfit follows the "armoured science outfit" Mordin has in ME2. As nice as the comic outfit was in some respects, its not quite as faithful to Liaras roots.
