Liara is like a flame....an azure and tantalizing flame...that draws one oh so close to her. But will it burn me? Will it leave me with irremovable scars that will haunt me for the rest of my days? Can I resist it? Should I resist it?

Nah...her flame is healing and hopeful...it is the warmth and comfort. It encourages one on forward in their darkest hours. This flame is not a painful thing, but a beacon of faith in ones self! A guiding light to guide the loneliest and most down beaten of Shepards through the darkness that is to come in the years of darkness...of depression...of the Reapers, and whatever horrors they will wreck upon us all, whether human, asari, turian, salarain, quarian, krogan, vorcha!

It's...haunting...but in a good way.

Sorry that you are butthurt over the fact that Liara is romanceable by FemShep....nothing that has happened here has been inapporpriate....it's been on topic and about Liara...something that you and your goons could not accomplish in weeks.

No, one post to cover yourself doesnt count, now please either actually start some REAL Liara discussion (not hard to do with the DLC on the horizon - a lot of us here have been managing fine the past few days), or go and cry about the injustices femshep faces in your thread.



Femshep/maleshep wars arent allowed in there, so dont come here looking to start them.

Now, where were we in regards to the upcoming DLC? Any ideas as to what we are expecting?

I'd just like to suggest that for the purpose of a Liara support group it is important to keep in mind Liara is monogendered, meaning that anyshep can post here and be on topic.

Thank you. Yes, I for one am particularly looking forward to the car chase banter I hear that happens as much as the car chase itself now.

While I imagine it isnt going to perfect, its a win/win situation with something that breaks up the gameplay nicely, and also sounds like you get some nice banter from Liara.

This is absolutely true. Its not about what Shepards are posting here - Its about turning this thread into a discussion about certain peoples shepards.

There is a maleshep and femshep thread both, so if people feel like making things up or venting your frustrations, they should do it in those threads.

All too true, Dink. It sounds like that LotSB should really deliver as a 'bridging DLC'. Maybe not perfect, as you pointed out, but it should be pretty impressive in it's own right.

Hell, I love her new look!  Liara is just gorgeous, though that aspect is mainly inner and not outer.   I don't care what they do to her looks...it's still Liara and she is amazing!  She did so much for Shepard, and it means so much more if you did romance her.    She's the best LI in the series, hands down!  (IMO, don't flame me Kaidan/Ashley/Garrus/Tali/Jacob/Jack/Miranda/Thane lovers).

I am very much looking forward to seeing how Liara's character has developed. Her appearance has matured giving me the impression that she has come into her own as a woman and I'm expecting her personality to match.

This DLC will be pretty epic, from what I've heard....I almost feel bad for Tali/Garrus fans.  Sure, there fave ME1 character was in ME2 (and they could die...that sucks) .  But, I felt that there role in ME2 was very lacking (if not romanced)    Not Liara....she wasn't as squad mate in ME2, but she has probably 3 awesome hours devoted to her in this DLC and she won't die at the end, and she can also then be as squad mate in ME3.  I just hope they will do the same with Ashley and Kaidan fans in the future.  They deserve it too.
