Did u read the Fanfic called Rising from the Ashes ? I really think, for FemSheps who are addicted to Liara this Story is really awesome and great. But the "ending" i mean the latest chapters are fu... frustrating to me as the Stuff with Ash happened. How can the Writer write stuff like that *cry* But nonetheless i recommend it really, its awesome

For your Fanfic, screoffreg, i loved it as much as i loved rising from the ashes. But i personally think u shouldnt had write the latest chapter that way. I was really disappointed that it endet and that it came to talk that liara had other partners and ... damn the ending... the ending.. its so... an end. I dont like endings !

I admit to creating a new character to romance Thane just so I could get that achievement.



It was not my proudest moment, but dammit that one missing achievement was driving me nuts. Liara forgive me D: He's dying anyway...

Regarding the picture, from what I know it just gets turned face down if you cheat on Liara.

I admit I've seen it in my game, and I got the achievement. I paid for the content, so why shouldn't I see it all at least once? Anyway, the picture is indeed still there on the table, just turned upside down.

New single Shep's don't really count. Just no cheating 

Oh dont do this. Thane is such a crybaby. He is a good comrade and that but as a LI he annoys me as hell.

Thats probably my favourite fanfic! The ending sucks though, I keep hoping the author uploads more chapters but its been ages!

I have actually read 22 chapters of Rising From the Ashes.
I should probably finish it at some point. I enjoy reading it.

Yeah, but i hope for u that u are not that disappointed i was as i read the latest chapters. i think u are already near them but i wont spoiler here anymore. Enjoy it :happy:

There is some truth in that, in that Joker has done a lot of stuff, most importantly refuse to abandon the ship.

I despise the fact that Bioware were too lazy to even bother to let Shepard call him out on it.

Its all "Joker, is that you my old friend who got me killed and I totally dont care about it". The scene revealing the fake Normandy was annoying for me, since I so desperately wanted to grill him for that. He was a total ******, obsessed with the ship, and if he ever does it again and we arent given the choice to leave him to die, Ill pass on playing any further. Its THAT annoying.

Edit: No joke, on the collector ship when he said "Im not losing another Normandy" I wanted to crush his brittle skull with my bare hands at that point.

That makes so much sense .

Seriously, a) it's an Alliance ship, Alliance ships are all based on human military tradition, ergo c) the Commanding Officer is always the last person off the ship -- and it's so long-standing a human tradition that it was apparently in place 150k years ago (New Battlestar Galactica reference), and d) Joker should know that.  I mean, as much as Liara feels guilty, and depending on her beliefs she may have a right to be, but Joker definitely should take Shepard getting spaced hard -- it was practically his fault!

... Hell, let's get BW to ambush Seth on his way to a Family Guy or Robot Chicken VA session so he can toss two or three lines out for some new dialogue.  And then ironically have Shep just standing there .

Yeah, Shepard really does come across as a ****** and a flat character in ME2 quite often. I think s/he did more soul searching (or at the very least commenting) on the trauma of the Prothean beacon in ME1 than wondering what effects dying and being brought back to life will have on him/her. S/he's just a complete idiot who immediately takes the "mission" thrown at 'em and doesnt care or show any character about anything else.

Especially considering it's Cerberus.  I hated that.  My Shep felt dirty after every "talk" with TIM and had to take a Normandy airlock decontamination, then a hot sandpaper-scrubbing shower.    Maybe that's why Liara couldn't be with us, my Shep felt too dirty to face her every day.

Yeah that annoyed me too. Especially Garrus, the .... didnt talk to me at all. All the time im going there, thinking "yo lets go to garrus, chat a bit about stuff" he just ignores me...
