I love Liara.. favorite female in Mass Effect universe.. stayed loyal and can't wait to see her again in ME3. I like that I got to romance her and do some missions with her in LotSB (best DLC ever!)

And I must say.. she looks damn sexy in her new lookPosted ImagePosted Image

I don't understand why some people think her new look (the LoTSB one, not the ME2 one) is ugly. It is much better than Mass 1 and Mass 2 versions of Liara. She looks much younger. For 108... I just hope she doesn't end up wrinkling like Benezia. If she looks like that in the third game, I'd drop her like she's going out of style.

I agree with this. I absolutely LOVE the new look. She is much more matured looking and it is working for her.

The new look is much better, though the lipstick can be a bit dark in certain lighting situations. Perhaps one of their texture maps didn't go as well as planned.

Judging from what I have seen regarding this DLC - I am absolutely blown away.

As soon as I aquire LotSB, I should be able to bring Shepard's story in ME 2 to a satisfactory close.

CHAAARGE!

And I intend to, UnitAlpha. Even if I have to temporarily borrow a friend's console to do the download, I'll do it.

Ahem, anyways, judging for her role within the storyline, what's the general opinion regarding the final conflict with the Reapers (from both a general standpoint and/or an LI perspective)?

Well... I think when Shepard says marriage, old age and lots of little blue children to her... that pretty much dictates what her LI status will be going forward. It's pretty clear at the end of LOTSB that they are a firm couple and will remain so going forward. At least if you romanced her.

Personally I think she will start ME3 as the SB... but at some point will join shep either half way through the game or near the end for the final battle. Hopefully... Bioware will make her the main source of Intel for him and he will need to visit her often. Which means interaction when they see each other since they are now pretty much Bond Mates in my opinion. A ceremony is needed for this to be official I think... but given the end of LOTSB I am comfortabel calling them Bondmates.

Just wondering, when liara says to shep "When the reapers come you will dive into the fray" what exactly does that mean? I'm not good with words lol.

It means that, when the Reapers come, he'll leave her again and put himself in lots of dangerous situations again. And she doesn't like the idea of losing him again one bit.

A quick thing, has anyone come accross any good screens of Liara from LotSB? I'm in the early stages of a big painting (of Liara!), and most of the pics i've seen are just not quite what I need. I've searched around but had no luck. I'm looking for images that show the detailing to Liara's face and skin tones as she appears in LotSB, as well as the white armour outfit she wears in LotSB. Lighting isn't so important, more the detail.  I was pretty blown away at the lovely job Bioware did with the Liara model in the DLC.

If anyone can help, thank you in advance. :)

Anyone else notice the slight glitch where one of the files in the Dossiers reffered to Shepard as he, even when you're playing FemShep. It's not important at all, it just made me do a bit of a double take. Looks like the Shadow Broker's intel isn't as good as he likes to think

On a side note, the latest chapter of my fanfiction is up in all it's Liara filled goodness:
http://www.fanfictio...t/s/5014230/21/

For those of you who aren't familiar, it's an ME 1 story with FemShep/Tali/Liara, however if Liara's all you're interested in, you may still enjoy the most recent chapters, since their almost exclusivley focused around her.

The Anderson message? Yep, ruined the whole thing for me!

Edit: Joking, of course.

Alright, people; Liara's birthday is coming up! What is your Shepard getting for her? (The obvious reply notwithstanding)

Mine is giving her the Prothean Sphere he picked up during Firewalker and a glass rose with internal holographic iridescence.

I'm finally playing through with my original ME1 and ME2 Shep....the one that felt let down, sad, and never got the dialogue option in ME2. Liara immediately explained what happened to Shep's body without me prompting her. I also saw the dog tags on her desk (even though I'd figured it out already) through cinematics. My Tali-cheatin' Shep instantaneously felt guilty.......uggghhhh. I saved it right before the Boss 1 fight.....I really feel bad for my number 1 Shep, but I guess he can't let Tali down now by switching teams. This Shep will just have to wait for ME3 to see how it all plays out....

Oh, and Indigo, I figured I'd give Liara my N7 helmet and get the rest of teh armor off of Legion so Liara could have a full set on display in her apartment...heh.

I've stockpiled quite alot of extra element zero I don't need, could I just stick a bow on that?

As if I would... I hope her birthday gets another mention in-game, it seemed like an odd thing to just throw in. I wonder if it's in Earth's years or the Asari homeworld's, not sure why she'd celebrate it in Earth years but it wouldn't be the first time she seems to use Human units of measurement.

Hey Indigo.

As for the question. The prothean orb thingy, and a single blue rose from Illium (if those thing exicst and aren't just a fancy name made by Charr).

Also just completed the DLC again with a Femshep who romanced Liara, and I can safely say that both Meer and Hale did a good job in the DLC. And as a last note. The cabin-reunion is FAR better if somebody died on the suicide-mission compared to if everyone got through alive.

Maybe when we will visit the Shadow Broker's ship 2 months after finishing the mission, we will get an extra dialogue.

Can I ask what the difference is in the reunion if somebody died?

Unfortunately, that seems unlikely. People have, to my knowledge anyway, ripped ever audio file that comes with LotSB, and have found several unused ones, none of which reference Liara's birthday. I agree that it would be a really nice touch though.

I guess they could always release it as part of an update.

I was thinking another trip by Hock's vault might be warranted...
