Then I suggest change it to worried/concerned with a hint of sadness. I think it would suit better with her situation in ME2.

Interesting, I'd never seen that before. She looks rather feline. In fact, I'm thinking that wouldn't have been a bad direction to go, given the unlikelihood of Asari faces happening to look just like human faces.

About the old concept, yeah Liara looks a bit more alien in that one, then human. She may have been more dark and gothic originally.

You know, this is very reminiscent of my idea of the possible alternate Liara who had Aethyta in her youth and subsequently took a different path with her life.

Yeah, don't worry I'm not done yet. I'm mostly just playing around right now. I'd say it'll be a full week before I'm finished, since I'm also doing the body.

Yeah, just the way FemShep says "About US." conveys a ton of emotion and subtext. It's great.

To be honest, with the number of facial changes (like the lips) and the change in the voice, it's hard for me to see them as the same person.

Edit: which has actually been useful in writing my fanfic, where (eventually) there'll be tension caused by both of them dying (in Shepard's case literally and in Liara's case figuratively, of course), but with Shepard emerging as the same person and Liara as a very changed one.

Somewhat similar to Neo and Trinity being two halves of the same person, each of whom "dies" one or more times and is changed each time (http://www.wylfing.n...evolutions.html).

Great fanart there... Yeah Liara suffers from subtle character imaging changes that are drastic under the changing light conditions. Thank god they didn't stick with the original ME2 one, LotSB is the best Liara... except the one in drwells picture :):)



Although I have to admit, everyone looks screwed up on Illium.
