The only beef I have with the purple Liara pic is that glare above her left 'ear'. I should try to remove it somehow.

in me1 shes fine, dorky kinda way.

me2 cold **** with a f*up voice :(

i like the change, her getting more badass and all seems like a logic step afther what happend.
oh and some people's adoration for liara is down right obssesive same goes for the crazed talimancers.
are you guys really that captivated by her?

I can't speak for us all, but for me its the relationship between Liara and Shep that I'm most interested in.  Yes, I like Liara a lot as a character, but the story arc of Shep and Liara is part of what I loved about ME1 and why ME2 was so disappointing.

I quite like the glare, though I could try getting rid of it, should you ask nicely :P

Yes, yes, grimdark is hip and edgy and all that.  We are all real thrilled about it.  <_<

I do agree about the pic though, I find it kinda creepy. :pinched:

I guess the glare does add to the ambience of the pic.   Since everyone likes it, I'll leave it for now.  I don't mind it, I'm just being a perfectionist with my Liara pics B)

I got curious as i read the thing with the header for firefox, so i coudnt resist and tryed it myself.
This is what i came up with, with my first try. What do u think ? :blush:

The expression on her face when she says "I have never been more sure of anything in my life." is the most loving and sweet. You can tell just how much she loves Shep right there.

Yeah, that's my fave as well.  The expression on Liara's face is so loving and sweet.

That's one of my favorites too!  That's my favorite moment of the love scene, believe it or not. The way she just reaches out and grabs Shepard, it's this sudden and unexpected explosion of passion.  And that look on her face.... the love in her eyes..... it wrecks me every time.

Depends on what we get in the Liara DLC. If Liara can be made happy again, and Shep consoles her, then I'd like it if when we find her to recruit her for the squad in ME3, this time she really does passionately kiss Shepard and be pleased to see him/her, with alot of her worries off of her mind. This is of course if she is Shep's LI. As hopefully the "dark second act" of the romance is now over, we can hopefully start the next stage of the romance which is the development of the deep trust and lifelong love. We've had the courting and consumation of their love in ME1, the sorrow and sadness of being seperated in ME2, and then hopefully in ME3 the development into being deep, loving soulmates.

Well, I guess for me I would assume Liara would be on the Normandy after the Liara Expansion and in Shep's quarters.

I think that would be a nice opening scene to ME3 to have Liara and Shep joking around about something and talking about various things. Maybe the possibility of marriage would be brought up by Liara while they are talking. Obviously, they would be interrupted by Joker (damn him) before Shepard could answer, who would then tell Shepard something and it would start the first mission (with Liara as a squadmate).

Later on in the game, you would be able to have a serious, loving conversation about marriage/bond mate.
There should definitely be various conversations on the subject of having children and marriage in the game, of course they would be loving and romantic conversations.

I would want them to be extremely loving to each other throughout the game. <3:wub:
I want the Beautiful Blue Goddess to be happy again. <3<3

You know, I thought about this and my gut told me the scene should open with Shepard telling Liara she's sorry for not being there for her.  Sorry she wasn't there these past two years, and sorry that Liara went through so much in the aftermath of what happened with the first Normandy and Shep's death, and sorry she didn't say more when they were reunited on Illos.

Honestly Liara seems to be in so much pain I can't think of any other way to handle things.  And the scene needs to culminate in Shep telling Liara she won't leave her again, and that everythings going to be ok from here on out.

Yeah, all this.  If she's not Shepard's LI, I want to see Liara continue to be a reliable friend and squad mate for Shepard.
