Quite true. Most of my male and female Shepards tend go for her.

That's how I play ME aswell, Yeled. I like to think that what goes on in my playthroughs are my own personal canon, and the rest of the choices frankly don't exist. Mass Effect's story goes the way I want it to, and to me Shep will always romance Liara.

I think if I had enjoyed ME2 more I wouldn't have gone back to play ME1, either.  But I was feeling a bit sad by how things went and wanted to experience the original game again with fresh eyes.  And I'm really enjoying it.  But now, in a sense, I'm creating a new canon for myself...which means I'll have to play ME2 again.  Image IPB

I think I may have to refer to my Femshep as the "female looking, but liarasexual Shepard" from now on.

I've just started my first ever FemShep ME1 game that I'll eventually carry into ME2. That'll be my canon FemShep, and I'll also have a canon DudeShep too. I'm not going to import my FemShep until we hear anything of the Liara DLC, though, as I want to play through it for the first time with her with Liara's role as it has always intended to be.

Ha, that needs to be in the dictionary. Liara is so beautiful, she deserves her own sexuality. <3
Even though my Shep is a lesbian, she is also Liarasexual. Sounds good.

You have followed the wise path of the immortal Casey Hudson. Be proud. ;)

That's a good idea!  While I don't think they are going to change her reunion scene and any dlc will take place after the Suicide Mission, I admit there is the possibility that may occur.  I'll hold off on replaying ME2 until we know more.

Is it too crass to call ourselves Liarasexuals as an ironic nod to Casey Hudson while divorcing us from the Liaramancer name (since that seems more like Tali's term)?

I don't think it is too bad, would be funny if Casey ever saw or heard the term.
I would also go for Liara lovers as well or just Liara romancers.
Liaramancer definitely reminds me a bit too much of the Tali fanatics (don't kill me).

We are all completely fanatical about Liara and in love with her, but we actually talk about her.

I still can't believe he actually called the asari asexual. Sheesh.

How about BBG (Blue Beautiful Goddess) lovers for us? We all love Liara, and she certainly is a Blue Beautiful Goddess!

BBG Lovers sounds great to me. It gives us a completely different name from everyone else.
I definitely love The Beautiful Blue Goddess with all my heart.:wub:<3<3:wub::wub:

Whenever I want to laugh I always remember Casey and his "asexual Asari", I am actually chuckling while writing this, lol.

Hey, just came back from my class and saw some nice fanart on the previous pages.
Someone had this in their avatar on the Tali thread and I had to ask for the full picture. Im sure it has probably been posted before here but I loved it.

I like that picture, I am assuming it was Liara when she was younger (I can make it up if it isn't, lol)?

Impressive. Armbands are a nice touch. The little one looks very serious though.

Yeah, that pic was posted a while ago. I love it, I think Liara looks amazingly cute as a little girl. It's a great piece of artwork, and the artist has some other fantastic Liara pictures too.

As much as that quote gets my hackles up a bit, I have to recognize that no matter what he may say to some interviewer, when it comes down to it we are able to enjoy a lesbian relationship in a game. If it wasn't for chances like Liara in ME and Leliana in DA, my heroic alter egos would be all lonely.

Still my "female looking, but liarasexual Shepard" line is still making me giggle.

I see that that's little Liara with her mother, Matriarch Benezia.

I sometimes wonder what Matriarch Benezia meant when she called Liara her "Little-Wing" (and I highly doubt she was quoting a Hendrix song title). I've never heard that term used anywhere else, and I wonder if it has significance to the Asari.

Perhaps she had that as a little nickname for her?

And I see it as little Liara as well.<3

Have a look through the gallery, there's a couple of great Liara pieces. I like "The Matriarch's Daughter"

Yeah, but what could the significance be?    It just makes me  think about the context of the situation in which Matriarch Benezia first started calling Liara her "Little-Wing", and, again, if it has meaning as a term to the Asari.
