Reading through Redemption, doesn't the lengths that Liara is going to, all for Shep, make you love her even more? She's not doing this for any reason other than love. That's her sole motivation. Touching, and makes you love the BBG. :wub:

Playing through Dragon Age Awakenings, fans of Leliana and Zevran also get a bit of the Liara treatment. In this case they don't even SEE their LI, though.

I see. I'm sure that they can take it to PM, so that they can leave the threads in peace. These character battles are pointless, anyway.

Anyway, who thinks Liara's solid white eyes look really sexy in that preview? I certainly do! :D

As much as the comics don't say anything specific about Liara's relationship with Shepard, BW did a great job for us Liara lovers and the emotional impact of the comics.
I sure feel as though she loves Shepard more than her own life, and she shows it throughout the series.
Now Shepard needs to show her love for Liara!
Liara may kill a lot of people, but she does indeed do it for love. <3

I'm definitely hoping that Bioware notices all the selling out the comics are doing and that translates into some increased Liara-ness in additional content for the game. The customer base for those comics has to be mostly Mass Effect fans and in particular content-deprived Liara people. If they're supportive of the comics, then it stands to reason that they'd be supportive of additional story-oriented content.

I still feel bad for the Ashley and Kaiden people though, getting sidelined by writer fiat in two mediums isn't any kind of fun. Sometimes I worry that the law of equal suck will demand an accounting for Liara's four color exploits.

It definitely gives us the confirmation of the Liara Expansion being substantial and worth every penny (I would pay full price for a Liara Expansion), as you said, the customer base for the comics are Liara fanatics and ME1 players.
BioWare will cater to those customer bases for the Liara Expansion.

I actually believe Ashley/Kaidan will have a spot somewhere, definitely not as big of a part as Liara, but they will have something.
I wouldn't worry about BW making Liara's Expansion suck for the purpose of being equal, in these cases they usually go all out for the most popular character (Liara) because there is a demand for it.
