Anyway, yeah it did feel empty going to Eternity without Liara, but that's what alot of ME2 felt like to me without Liara at my side: empty, and hollow. I missed having her around so much.



Can't wait for the Liara DLC! Then we'll get Liara's true ME2 role!

And yes, the whole game was lonely without her by my side, but Eternity felt the worst though. So close to Liara yet she wasnt there.:crying:

I'd say I felt Liara's absence most keenly when I spent all that time staring at her picture on the desk. God I missed Liara. :crying:

Yeah, my Shep would have liked to been with her the night before he hit the Omega-4 relay.

All he did was think about the night before the Mu relay this time.:crying:

But not necessarily for the thing that all the ME 2 romances put at that point. I think it would've been more fitting to have a (maybe the last) talk about all things important before going through the relay. If you get the writing right, that adds much more than a thrown in love scene, at least in my opinion. Such a scene could of course follow, but if you provide the other stuff first, you could just as well blend out the picture at that point, and even managed to avoid any "controversy".

I wouldn't have 100 babies with her I'd only have 5 but I did vote for 100 babies because I love Liara so much

Liara is the most important thing in the entire galaxy, my Shep (She's a Paragon) would let everyone else burn for Liara's wellbeing.

Exactly, which is why I feel that if Liara comes up to Shepard's cabin at the end of her DLC mission, they'll actually just have a heart to heart talk, and open their hearts to each other, with Liara admitting her guilt and the emotional torment she's suffered, and Shep apologising for not being there for her, and vowing to never leave her alone again. The two of them would then embrace each other warmly.

Perfect rekindling of the romance, IMO.

Fade to black, and then Liara is on the ship in Shepard's cabin, and they can cuddle like the other LIs can. She just isn't a squadmate till ME3.

Yeah, I wouldn't want a sex scene with Liara in ME2. She's so damn emotionally tormented, guilty and sad that it'd feel like you were taking advantage of her and wouldn't feel right. I just want a nice, emotional and tender rekindling of their romance, with Liara breaking down and revealing to Shep how much she's suffered.
