I guess I would just kill him, since my Shepard was reinstated as Spectre, she has the right to kill everyone that she deems a threat to the galaxy.

But if you think of it the Shadow Broker himself is pretty much worthless what counts is his data, which I would take for myself and make sure there is nothing left of it in his base.

And I guess after that I would put out the word that he died and fabricate rumors that his vast data archives are still somewhere and then well I would just sit back and watch how his competition fights among themselves over it.

Morning all, tough question there CheesesackIII, in the other loyalty missions the interupt didn't really change the outcome, they still became loyal either way.

I guess it would depend on how BW ran the scenario, I would need a little more insight into her additude in general, 2 questions come to mind, will her killing SB feed her obsession or resolve it?

According to voice files already in the game she will in a sense become the next SB, not sure it will change the outcome either way.

In regard to the what would you do at the end of the Liara DLC when facing the SB.
I would definitely stop Liara from killing the SB, then have an emotional conversation with her about how it is not necessary to lose the beautiful and charming personality Liara has to revenge.
As Shepard knows who Liara is and how beautiful and sweet she is and how shee is the kindest person Shepard has ever met.
She has Shepard, and even though she would have liked nothing more but the spend the last two years with Liara in happiness, she is back now, and will never leave her side and would give her life to protect her.
Shepard would also say she would done anything to be able to help Liara through the thoughest time of her life and she is deeply hurt how Liara had to go through hell and feel that much guilt all because of Shepard.
She would then give Liara an emotional hug and kiss her on the lips.

I am guessing the SB is going to be some type of Thorian creature or an A.I myself, but I would arrest him and hand him over to the proper authorities if he actually was a man.
I am assuming he will get away at the end of the DLC no matter what you do though and be a main villain in ME3.
I hope Liara would stay on the Normandy afterward.

Hell. Yeah.
Liara is unbelievably hot in the cover, I hope she wears that armor when she is a squadmate for ME3.<3:wub:

They've got Liara's cute freckles on the front cover artwork, shame they couldn't draw them on Liara actually in the comic. I love her freckles, part of her appeal.

Yeah right...I already know how that'd turn out.

Ah yes, "the Shadow Broker".....we have dismissed his existence.
It seems to me you're deliberately lying to the council....let this man/woman/whateverelsetheshadowbrokercanbe go and arrest Shepard ....... <_<

Liara's reaction:

Not seen in the picture: the coffee cup of doom.

I think it's a shame they put some generic glass on Liara's desk. They should have put a coffee cup there!

A coffee cup with the words "I <3 Shepard" on it.

Liara looks sexy when she is angry, I wonder how the criminals focus on what she is saying, all they must think is, "Wow, she is a Beautiful Blue Goddess."

Yeah, she could just wake up in the morning and still be sexy.
I wonder if she ever thinks about how everyone in the galaxy keeps staring at her when she walks by; maybe she painted her skin grey so people would stop thinking she was so sexy in business meetings. Well now Liara, that didn't work in the least bit.

Something to think about, what is the "Embracing Eternity"  going to be like for Shep and Liara after not doing it for two years?
Shep definitely needs to learn some sexy dancing moves before ME3 is released, she needs to try to be sexy for Liara!

I realize what the reasons are... I'm saying they are not necessary and would not need Liara to 'watch over' so to speak. His/her neurological patterns would have already been altered by melding with Liara. As long as Cerberus brought him back exactly as he was, those patterns would still be there. Hence why TIM did not want Miranda to use a control chip. Also... Miranda states in one of her vid logs as you are escaping the station that if they didn't bring you back exactly as you were Lazurus would have failed.

If you have some thoughts on why Project Lazarus would work to mentally reconstruct Shepard then I'd like to hear them.  Shepard is brought back the same because TIM tells Miranda to do that isn't really covering the impossibility of that task.
How did they know Shepard was the same, with the same memories, beliefs, and morals?  There's only one way in Mass Effect to check that kind of stuff, and it involves asari.
I personally think that Liara wasn't involved, because involving her would make sense and show a depth of thought and consideration that is pretty much lacking in the entire game.  I think we're just supposed to accept that Cerberus used "technology" to bring Shepard back.  Even though that would never work in this situation.

I cast my vote in support of Liara returning in Mass Effect 3 with a power called 'Biotic Coffee Cup'!:P

We had this conversation a long time ago. Buried somewhere in the thread. We call it Espressoularity.

Espressoularity - Smashes the targets remains into the size of a coffee cup. :D

That is worthy of another epic theme song.

In all seriousness, Liara is freaking powerful (and sexy).

'm not surprised, just don't always feel like taking the necessary week out of my schedule to wade through 300+ pages to figure out if every little thought on my mind has been voiced already.:?
