Liara knew that Cerberus were bringing Shepard back, though. She even says it herself. I could understand that argument with Ashley or Kaidan, because they were none the wiser and have spent the last two years believeing Shepard was dead. But Liara knows that Cerberus are trying to revive Shepard. Big difference.

The whole cheating thing is a non-issue now as far as I'm concerned anyway. The comics seem to be making it clear that Liara appreciates Feron's sacrifice for her and Shepard, not Feron himself. She probably sees it as her duty to at least find out his fate.

With Liara, I think cheat would be right word, knowing that Shepard is coming back. If she let herself get involved with someone else, that seems unfaithful. Perhaps that a better phrase to use. On the same token. I feel if Shepard flirts with Kelly and seeks comfort with her, even if it's a fling, that's totally cheating. Same goes for the other ME2 LIs.

As for a romance with Ashley/Kaidan...that's really open to each player. But it would be very easy to see that as over, leaving Shepard open to do what they feel is right. Call it over, or be faithful and try to fix it. It depends if Shepard really Loves Ashley/Kaidan or not. Same goes for them. They both seemed to think you were still alive though, and just deep undercover. But leaving and not saying anything to them...I guess they could think that was pretty low.

I want to know when/where/how Liara suddenly learned biotic martial arts.

After Shepard died, she studied martial arts for her mission to retrieve Shepard. 

I dunno, during my runthrough on ME1 yesterday she was going Rambo on me, charged right into a room of Geth and dusted them while I was reading, I had a problem with her getting stuck in the area where the Alpha Varren were at Exogeni Colony on Feros, I had to "walk" her out, after that she just went gung-ho glitch? maybe but she sure could fight like I never seen before

I doubt that they are recolored on the fly....what you are seeing is more then likely, a product of the lighting, and materials.  The specular/normal and any other map included in the material for her has a big impact on the realtime render of the mesh.

I think they're all modified by the same variables that create the morph heads.  So that's what I meant by recolored on the fly.  You can change Shepard's skin color/eye color with the vector parameters, so I'd imagine that's how they do it with NPC's too.  Especially on that shared asari texture, because that covers every range of asari skin tone I came across when I was grabbing the textures.  There's only one other map for asari faces I saw and it was shared by all asari, even Liara and Samara.

Yeah I was making a joke. A bad one. But yes, I know what you mean. If you put the squad powers on auto cast and let the computer handle Liara, she just destroys everything. I remember that part where you're about to find Benezia, and get stuck in the quarantine area. That damned Asari (forgot her name) is an agent and tries to trap you and kill you. One singularity and the entire room was caught in one giant swirl. I just stood there in awe as she soloed all of them.

Oh Yeah! where you go to make the cure, right?

There is still that dopey salarian enforcer guy somewhere around, and more importantly a Harbinger controlled Collecter.  I think that might be what the whole big desperate escape centers on when Liara tries to make it out lugging Shepard's carcass with those guys after her.

GOOoooo Liara!

Uh... that's actually the first time I see more of those comics than the front page picture that's been floating around here. Can't say that I like what I see. Didn't put that much effort into the drawing, did they, and the content? Urgh. Looks like just another of those super hero comics. See one, seen them all. Maybe there's more to it on the other pages, but seeing that bit makes me even more angry that they cut a proper Liara scene from the game... for this?!

Ah yes forgot almost forgot about that guy and Harbinger the less I think about him the better his one liners really start to annoy me lets hope he has more to say in the comic or even less then in the game either way its a win win at least for me
