If it's emotionally resonant and showcases her suffering, then I can imagine it will be a pretty powerful pic. Poor Liara.

Would it bother anyone if she did "move on"?

It wouldn't bother me at all. She deserves to be happy.

Les, I love that scared Liara pic. You wouldn't happen to have a larger version of it, would you?
I love it too, ratz! I took it from J's excellent collection of Liara screenshots. Here's a link to the full size version:

Regarding Liara after Shepard has passed away, to be honest with you I can't see her taking another partner after Shepard has gone. Shepard means so much to her, and is without a doubt the most important person in her life, ever, and is the person that means the absolute most to her. I see Liara as honouring Shepard's memory through their children, raising them the right way as tribute to her dearly missed bondmate. I can see Liara taking a leading role in society, considering how well regarded she must be amongst the asari for her help in saving the galaxy. Liara would dearly miss Shepard, but she would also cherish and remember how happy she made her, and would honour and live out those memories through their children and through her influence and role she could lead in asari politics and society.

She is completely beautiful anywhere though, I just love The Beautiful Blue Goddess so much.
Liara is indeed adorable in that picture by MDK, I still can't believe how cute she looks trapped inside the Prothean Bubble.
She is in a life threatening situation, has probably not eaten for a couple of days, is under a great deal of stress, floating in mid-air, and she still manages to look unimaginably cute.

"A rare genetic defect known as Ardat-Yakshi, which makes asari destroy the
partner's mind during melding, occurs much more frequently among the
daughters of purebloods."
this fact scares the hell out of me, I mean is it possible that Liara's children will do this?!

That would mean she'd spend the rest of her 800 years existence never having another loving physical relationship.
Shes still barely more than a child and hasn't even got to live out her wild years and you're wanting her to settle down and look after the kids for the rest of her life.

He can probably outlive most humans after is upgrades from the lazarus project.
Besides, Liara isnt wild like most asari are. She spent decades studying the protheans, while most asari would be in mercenary bands and dance clubs.

What I'm saying is I don't think Liara would move on, and Shepard means that much to her. From the way she described the asari union in ME1, and how deep and spiritual and how much it means to her, you can tell that Shepard means the absolute world to her, and is the first and only person in her life that Liara deeply cares for. Look at how un-asari like Liara acts when Shepard is killed at the beginning of ME2. Rather than take the typical asari "long-view", she actively tries to find Shepard again, because, as she says, she "couldn't let you go". That's deep, and shows how much Shepard means to Liara.

Well humans in the ME universe are lucky to hit 150 (just like how humans in RL are lucky to hit 100), so regardless of Shepard's upgrades he is eventually going to die and Liara is going to live for another 7-8 more centuries.Somebody1003 wrote...

That was before they hit the galactic stage. Im sure that it will be extended now with all the new medicine and technology we have aquired.
As to what she would do I am not sure. She may find another lover she may not. She isnt like most asari however, so she may not take on anyone else.

That could be a factor if Shepard is Asari
