I am trying to get through a Femshep no-mance game in ME1 and it is impossible.
I don't think I could ever reject Liara, ever. I'd feel so guilty.

I don't know if I could either. Of course, I've only had the game for a month or so(bought it at the same time as ME2), and I really wanted my OWN play-through to continue into ME2.

I swear Miranda lied about the control chip - why else would my Shep just sit there....

Oh I can't reject her, my only option is ignoring her ... but she really is my favorite squadmate/character and I
don't like not having her on every mission (not to mention she kicks ace)

Shepard steps in front of Liara's office for the first time .
Shepard : "Wanna grab Liara and hug her . NEED grabbing Liara ..."
The doors open .
Shepard : "NOW ! Times for HUGGGZZZ !!!"
*BZIIIT*
Shepard : "What the ..."
Miranda :" Ah Yes, hugging your longtime lost lover after two years apart, I have dissmissed that claim."
Shepard : *Cries*

Haha, I have often wondered why, after Liara says "Because I couldn't let you go..", Shepard doesn't jump up and start smooching Liara there and then. Goddammit, Miranda!
Yeah, I was right-clicking through the whole thing hoping that in the bugged mess that was that scene, BW just forgot to put the visual "Paragon"clue in. It didn't work, but I tried it two or three more times...just in case the trigger was there somewhere.
That's when I decided it HAD to be a control chip...

Aww, I really like that picture. Liara's smile looks lovely there. It's sad, you don't see her smiling much in ME2. But when she does, she's absolutely beautiful!

LD what has happened to alot of your Liara pictures? Your Liara album is like half the size it used to be. :-(
I was about to change the content but got interrupted by real life *shakes fist*
Will fix my albums some day, may be less pics but better quality... stay tuned

Perhaps the Shadow Broker is indoctrinated by the Reapers.General Stubbs wrote...

What else can learn a galaxy's worth of information, sort through it, be in complete control of the galaxy's largest criminal empire, and be live longer than any species in ME?
No human, no matter how smart they are, could ever know all of the information on Earth.
So how does the SB know an entire galaxy's worth if he is not an A.I?

Another theory is that he was built by or is a reaper.

There's no way the SB can be a flesh-and-blood person. It has to be some kind of AI. Maybe some kind of ancient life form like the Thorian could have a capacity for knowledge and information large enough, but would ancient creatures like that really act as "human" as the SB has in the comics? He talks like a normal person, no real fancy language or anything.HomicidialFrog wrote...

Although I suppose the SB could be a normal person if they keep all their information on some kind of server that they can just access and pull up info on the fly using keywords and search functions. But they'd have to be a species that could live for a while. Or the original SB could groom a replacement for when he dies, and then that replacement trains another replacement...
I dunno, just throwing it out there.
