I don't think Liara will come face-to-face with the Shadow Broker in Redemption #4 either, we'll only see him communicate through decoy robots like we did in #3. I think the big reveal of the Shadow Broker's identity will probably come in Liara's DLC, or ME3 if he survives that.



Of course, what I'm most looking forward to in Liara's DLC is comforting her and having deep, emotional conversations to rekindle the romance. I just want Liara to be happy and comfortable again, and to know that Shepard loves her.

Yes, comforting Liara and getting rid of her negative emotions will be the most important part of the DLC.

I wouldn't let Liara kill the SB and neither would I make my Shep do it.
Liara needs Shepard to tell her she does not need to kill the SB and lose her beautiful personality to revenge, Liara just needs to know that Shepard will never leave her again and will always love her no matter what.
I hope the Paragon option is something like I wrote a few pages back.

I am pretty sure that it will take different conversations throughout the DLC to have Liara realize how much Shepard loves her and she doesn't need to keep her protective shield up. Shepard is back and will never abandon Liara again.

What will be an indicator the the SB dying or being taken into custody in DLC is if the DLC is an Expansion or 5 - 7 hour DLC, if it is an expansion then we will almost certainly see the end of the SB in someway, he will probably be connect to the Reapers in some way.
If it is DLC, BioWare might have him live until ME3 so he is a major villain there.

Nope. Don't you remember her telling you in ME1 how much the union means to her, about how it's the ultimate bond between two loving and trusting partners, about how frightened and nervous Liara was to meld, about how much she trusted and loved Shepard to even consider it?

Plus, Liara doesn't act like a typical asari maiden anyway. Rather than be a stripper or join a merc group, she became an archaeologist. Liara isn't like other asari.

She didn't know at the time how Shepard would react to knowing she gave your corpse to Cerberus, she's filled with guilt over that, it's BW that keeps them apart to torment us.

She's afraid that Shepard will hate her. She's regaining her composure. The fact that Liara even kissed Shepard in the first place when she was so afraid and guilty speaks wonders. She couldn't help herself, because she loves Shep so much.

When Liara kisses you passionately in ME1, it's because she's absolutely certain that is what she wants and feels completely at peace with herself and is happy. When Liara kisses you in ME2, she's absolutely tormented by guilt and her emotional pain. She's not comfortable, and she's confused as to whether she should show Shep any affection, due to her fear of Shep hating her and her guilt.

Come on man. You're a Liara fan. It's totally not like her. Listen to what she says in ME1, and how much Shep means to her. She recovered your dead body for Christ sake, because she "couldn't let you go.."

Honestly, it's not that hard to grasp.
