Cerberus. TIM tells Miranda at the start of #3 that he has other assets that she isn't aware of, plus it would make sense that TIM will send one of his own agents to keep an eye on Liara to make sure she gives the body to Cerberus.

You're probably right.  But the question must be asked.... why involve Liara at all?  Why not just have Feron kill her as soon as he had the chance?  Obviously, I'm glad that he didn't.  But if Feron was working for TIM all along, what is Liara's role?

@ Revan: huh, I was going to go with the Alliance, maybe the Virmire Survivor or Anderson, but working indirectly for Cerberus makes sense . . .

Guys, I was just in the Tali thread, which went off topic to talk about Shiala's eyes . . . .idk, in ME1 Shiala's eyes can almost give Liara's a run for their money. Almost.

Almost, both great asari.

But Liara is the only one for me.<3

Make's you wonder though, do you think the SB knows that Feron also works for Cerberus? (or which ever 3rd part it turns out to be)

So guys i have a question about Feron who do you all think he works for? Personally and i know this sounds stupid but what if he is working for Shepard.

That would be a interesting twist but it would need a lot of explanation to make sense. My thoughts is that he probably work for Cerberus or maybe the council.

TIM says himself in #1. "There's nothing like someone with a personal motive driving them." He's exploiting Liara's love for Shepard in order to acquire the corpse, and manipulating her into working with Cerberus. It's one of the reasons why I despise the guy, because he used Liara and her love like a simple tool.

He's a drell that's been helping Liara in the comics.

And by helping I mean almost blowing her up and generally being a doofus.

As far as Asari go, qtf, but being a fan of multiple Li's it's easy to get distracted sometimes!!B)

Liara was def. one of the best ones, though, and in general, one of the best characters.

Plus, Feron seems pretty useless. He couldn't a cows arse with a banjo (or a space ship with a big gun)

Edit: what crimm said.

Very good young Padawan, you have learned the ways of Liara's unimaginable power.
Just say you love her or she is fantastic (or a variant of that) and you will restore order to the galaxy.

I love Liara. :wub::wub:<3:wub::wub:

Also, Feron working for Cerberus means his "accidental misses" are intentional after all. At the beginning of #3, TIM stops Miranda from shooting down Tazzik's ship as he wishes to know WHY the Collectors want Shepard's body, as well as trying to recover. Feron deliberately missed his shot to allow Tazzik to get away with the corpse, and purposefully stops Liara from rushing in to fight herself. It's why Liara is so damn distrusting of him.

Indeed. If I ever had to choose between Liara or say... Kerrigan from StarCraft, that would be a very difficult choice to make indeed.

We always have the luxury of creating an on-the-side character to test the waters, thankfully.

But, my main interest will always lie with Liara.

I always thought it was kind of sad how few "toys" Spectre Shepard gets.  I mean, Saren has a 2km dreadnaught for a personal ship, owns a huge part of Binary Helix, and has a cool lab/military complex/vacation resort on Virmire.  Plus who knows what else.  Shepard just has a frigate that is on loan to them.
So it'd be nice if you had a personal network of informants and agents.  That seems to be what the other Spectres have.  I don't think you had much time to do anything if you get killed a month after the battle of the Citadel though.

Listening closely, every second of "I Remember" by Deadmau5 & Kaskade reminds me of Liara, from the lyrics to the (female) singer's voice, which reminds me of Liara's voice.

Feeling the past moving in
Letting a new day begin
Hold to the time that you know
You don’t have to move on to let go

Remember turning on the night
And moving through the morning light
Remember how it was with you
Remember how you pulled me through

Add to the memory you keep
Remember when you fall asleep*
Hold to the love that you know
You don’t have to give up to let go

*Falling asleep can equal dying, in Shepard's context, yes?
