Personally, I would love to see an adorable preggers-Liara! But, that may a be a bit too far-fetched for ME. Idk . . . or perhaps too realistic! Plus, since not every Shepard romances Liara, this wouldn't be a probable motivation for every playthrough, just the ones where Liara is the Li.

No, I'd say there's pretty much no chance of this. In order for that to happen, Liara would have had to willingly conceive Shepard's child whilst keeping it a secret, and whilst they were still fighting the geth and in active military service. This would have been stupid and irresponsible, and completely out of character for Liara. Why would she conceive Shepard's child, and not say anything? Doesn't make any sense, and would completely go against Liara's character.

I'd just ignore it if it upsets you, Cartims. Earlier on today it got horribly derailed by trolls and there's a substantial amount of Liara flaming within. It's not pleasant reading to us Liara lovers.

I was thinking, (if you have done the DLC) Do you think Liara ever found one of the silver balls like we do in the firewalker missions? they were around in ME1 as well....

Possibly.
To be utterly truthful, the only reason I downloaded and completed the the Firewalker pack is so that I could acquire that Prothean orb, in the hope that I'll be able to show it to Liara when she returns to Shepard's quarters. I like trying to imagine her excitement when she receives it as a gift!

What's that? Pregnant Liara? Annika Shepard? Huh, don't think anything like that will ever surface.
My Shepard, June, will probably freak out and crisis (she can't handle that kind of stuff, lol!) but will end up loving this idea . . .

Idk, Liara being the only semi-main character that isn't able to die has given me so much happiness and hope for her character. She's been the most significant supporting character so far, and there is so much she can do with her storylines in ME3. I hope to God they don't f*ck it up, but instead tie up all the loose ends. At this point, I have more hope for her than my other favorite two li's.
so she won't be alone until she will be able to move on Normandy

I'm really excited about the best possible Liara romance epilogue we'll get in ME3 for staying faithful to her across the trilogy. Shep and Liara starting a family, with their own little asari children would be so heartwarming, with the parents watching on, arms linked and smiling. Shepard and Liara - true lovers until the end.<3
