@Cartims, I like to think that Shep and Liara would have several homes across a few planets in the galaxy. One on Earth, one on Thessia and perhaps one on the Citadel too. Reason being is that I like the idea of the two of them raising their children in a few different environments, so that they can experience multiple cultures and also be raised on the home planets of both parents' species. Liara would tell their children all about Thessia, and Shep would teach them all about Earth.

We don't know if there are any consequences yet, but I can't imagine there will be. The Observer quest has also been pretty butchered, and is almost there as placeholder Liara content until we get Liara's full ME2 role via DLC.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet; Did you know that the main character in Final Fantasy XIII is in the English dub voiced by the same actress who does Liara? That was surprising, on the account of how different the characters are.

Yes.

Do they sound a lot different though? I never heard the FF XIII character.

Yeah, we discuss it in detail in the fanclub. Every now and then I can hear the Liara in Lightnings voice. Other times, she's a whole different character.

It took me sooo long to get Thane's loyalty mission right. . .

Anyway, this youtube vid might help . . .here

However, if I misunderstood you and you are wondering about speculation for carryover . .  like from ME1` to Me2, it'll probably be a difference of a line or two in dialogue.  Or, it may be harder to re-romance Liara, since she might be a bit cheezed off . . 

Either way, there is no way Nyxeris could take Liara on, even off-guard.  She's that good^_^

IIRC she kills the target, but doesn't find any evidence as to the identity of the Observer and refuses to leave w/ Shepard.  Instead of saying she can’t leave because of Shadow Broker, she says she can’t leave because she needs to find Observer.  Nyxeris is never involved.  Did this on a “Shepard is a psychotic b*tch” playthrough.  ;)

Who says that Nyxeris could use "brutal force" against Lili when simple and sneaky poison could do same job.
That's why for Lili :wub: fans and lovers this mission is MUST BE DONE PERFEC :police: type.

Pure speculation, but for carryover, if you screw up the mission Liara will probably find out that it was Nyxeris eventually.

Screwing up the Oberver mission isn't going to result in Nyxeris killing Liara, as they would never have her die in such an off-hand and insignificant way. If you do screw up the mission, then the game will probably have Liara deduce herself that Nyxeris is working for the Shadow Broker, and would take her out. Or, Nyxeris would attack Liara, but she'd still be defeated by her.



Point is, they'd never have Liara die in such an off-hand way. She's too much on an important character for that, and she's obviously going to play a big role in ME3.

If you also check the Liara Fan Club, one of our members contacted Ali, and received a reply too!



She spoke about Liara, and how it was an honour to voice her and really enjoyed it. She also said how she was sad and disappointed about how Liara is hardened and suffering in ME2, and that she misses her sweet naivette.



Ali seems like a really nice person. Plus she seems to love and care for our Liara as much as the rest of us! :D
