If you also check the Liara Fan Club, one of our members contacted Ali, and received a reply too!
She spoke about Liara, and how it was an honour to voice her and really enjoyed it. She also said how she was sad and disappointed about how Liara is hardened and suffering in ME2, and that she misses her sweet naivette.
Ali seems like a really nice person. Plus she seems to love and care for our Liara as much as the rest of us!
That's always good to know... I mean, I hope that Jennifer Hale cares a lot about Shepard, even though it's almost too much to ask (how many roles is she in per week anyway?

Say guys i was just thinking what happens if you screw up Liara's mission quest?
Yeah, reload and try, try again!
It took me sooo long to get Thane's loyalty mission right. . .
Anyway, this youtube vid might help . . .here
However, if I misunderstood you and you are wondering about speculation for carryover . . like from ME1` to Me2, it'll probably be a difference of a line or two in dialogue. Or, it may be harder to re-romance Liara, since she might be a bit cheezed off . .
Either way, there is no way Nyxeris could take Liara on, even off-guard. She's that good^_^

I mean, I hope that Jennifer Hale cares a lot about Shepard, even though it's almost too much to ask (how many roles is she in per week anyway?), but with Ali, I believe that she's invested a lot of herself in the character... and for some reason, this is making me feel very hopeful for when DLC comes out -- seeing as she did what she did on pretty much no advance notice of the change of attitude (and I don't think it was a half-bad job even before taking that into account), imagine what levels she could go to now that she knows where Liara is as a character?
Jayla I do find it very odd that they didn't inform Ali prior to the recording that she'd have to alter the way she voices Liara somewhat. You'd think they'd let her know about something like that.
I'm also extremely hopeful of how Ali is going to voice Liara when she inevitably breaks down to Shepard, and opens her heart about how much she's suffered in the two years Shep's been dead and how much she loves Shepard. I've got a feeling that Ali will absolutely nail Liara letting her emotions out. We got a taste of it in ME2, when Liara finally opens up to Shepard, so what's it going to be like when we get the proper reconciliation, the rekindling of the romance and the comforting and consoling of Liara when she fully opens up? It's very exciting!

How about, "Who thinks we should take the vehicle into the creepy, underground bunker?"
No one can tell me that spending all this time on a human ship hasn't been rubbing off on her.

I wonder how many people here know that's not exclusively her line, though. (I'm pretty sure I've heard that line fairly often, and I only recently started taking LiLi along on Ilos again.)
Still, there is the line going across the skyway... how does it go? "And now to journey to the Geth base ... not something an inteligent person would normally say..."

I could swear that Ash mentioned a 'creepy underground bunker' when I took Wrex and her on Ilos. They must've thought it was a line that needed to be said.
Don't fret about exclusives, though, LiLi has TONS of exclusive dialogue on Ilos. (Though I've never managed to say more than the Paragon 'We can't stay to talk to Vigil' line, because I don't want to disappoint her but I kinda have to in that instance.)

I've always stayed and talked to Vigil a little longer. When Liara sweetly asks me to do something, I damn well do it! Sovereign and the Conduit be damned, Liara gives me the puppy dog eyes, so I'll do whatever she wants!

Hey, first off, guys are able to talk her away from the xenophobia.
Secondly, in what planet is Ashley 'butch'? Aside from Planet XXX that is...
And thirdly, I really did like having three automatic rifles to kill mechaSaren, and Garrus didn't have Collosus armor that playthrough so he went squish too much.

Well, tis your opinion, though one I don't share... I will grant that she's the least girly of all the party members... I mean the female party members, that is. (Insert Kaidan jokes... here

Oh, and I've got the feeling that I'm taking another stab at a playthrough this weekend of ME1... someone remind me how to get 'I saw her first' again? And possibly avoid the challenge scene, because not only is it not fair to my Goddess to accidentally lead the poor schlub on, it's not fair to said poor schlub

I think you have to tell Kaidan you're not interested very early. That way, he knows that you only have eyes for Liara, and that nothing will come between you and the BBG!

I hope Jennifer can pull off Shepard and keep up with Ali. It really felt so one sided in ME2...I know that was maybe the writers and everything, and she was told to be that way...but I guess I lost a little respect for Jennifer then...I just hope she can show Shepard to be a real person that loves Liara and feels just as bad, sad, lonely, guilty...I feel sorry for male Shepards, I don't see what's his name doing a good job.
I was also thinking about...should Shepard be upset with Liara, if part of the deal with TIM was, that she had to end things, no distractions, no romance, and she took the deal? Does that show she doesn't love Shepard as much as we thought, or does it show that she loves Shepard so much, that she would rather have Shepard alive and hating her, then for Shepard to stay dead? Would your Shepard be upset at her for giving up on love, as it were?
I will forgive her, and not blame her, but I'm gonna want to kill TIM even more, if this is the case.

After you pick her up, you can talk to him about the mission I think and when he says something like, "she's cute if you're into the bookish type" you pick the renegade option.JaylaClark wrote...

The "I saw her first" line is only when you play as a DudeShep. And sadly, that feeling of tension never goes away when you talk to Kaidan after letting him down. There's just no way to do it gently. I always either Virmire him or deal with the love-triangle scene.

Okay, so would growling at him in the Citadel 'observe' dialogue work? Hmm... It'd be harsh, but worth it
